Today I met MADY! WOW! What a fantastic hire Sally beauty!! She is soooo knowledgeable and friendly!! Greeted me immediately upon walking in and assisted me with skill and expertise!! She knows her store and what the products do!! What a gem!! So friendly and cheerful!! I am sooo thankful that I was able to shop with her at your store!!

Fast efficient service with a friendly smile! It doesn't get better than that for me.

I can't remember the name of the kindhearted lady that waited on me, but I will never forget the customer service she gave me. She went above, and BEYOND my expectations. She made me feel my needs were important, and any problems I had she made them her own. She's a fantastic worker, and I wish I could dye my hair more often just to go in, and be treated with such respect. Any question I had she had no problem answering. She made the atmosphere so energetic, and truly made my day just her generosity alone. I'll definitely be returning soon, and recommending everyone I know to go there.

It's a "pick your own hours" at this Sally Beauty Supply (Austin, MN). Ridiculous way to run a "business". I recommend calling before going - especially when driving from out of town. Annoying. 10:35 am and still closed.
