I saw a warning light while driving, so I decided to stop at Reynold's, and I'm so glad I did! The guy who helped me was really kind and fixed the problem. Great experience.

Reynolds has always treated me and my car will. Terrific prices and they always have my car done in a timely fashion. Johnny and Kimmy are fantastic and are extremely knowledge when it comes to the classic cars!

Radiator was loosing fluid. Jim provided a pressure test and found radiator had a pin hole. This was diagnosed by mid morning to replace. Jim had this completed, along with system flush by close of business and at the stated cost. I find Jim and his team to be professional and willing to spend the time to ensure I saw the replaced parts and understood the process. The price was more than fair. I would recommend this business and will utilized it in the future. Reminds me of the neighborhood mechanic who cares for his customers.

My fiancé was driving back from picking up her daughter from the airport after what had been a difficult day. Unexpectedly, my trusty 2010 Honda Accord started having problems, and a quick look online told us it shouldn't be driven further. Just by luck, Reynolds was close by and we hoped that a least we might get a diagnosis and figure out what to do next. Well, in these days of difficulty, sometimes you get a miracle. We did: Jim Reynolds. My work involves representing companies who pride themselves on customer service, and Jim embodies the gold standard. He truly went out of his way to help, make my fiancé and her daughter comfortable and happy, explained exactly what was going on, and fixed it quickly at a fair price. I am telling everyone I know about my experience, and will drive here from Maine the next time my car needs work.
