Unbelievable shopping experience, more than a store. Always amazed by what I find. And, more likely than not you'll end up bumping into a neighbor or two

This thrift store looks like a house on the outside and when you go in, you feel at home. There's a parakeet and goldfish in the front of the store and decorations EVERYWHERE. It's incredibly adorable and the prices are VERY low. All their profits go to the local homeless organization, too. If you haven't been here, you're doing yourself a disservice. Also, make sure you check out their sister store "Step Ladders" directly across the street where you can meet the sweetest kitty ever, Roo.

Possibly the coolest thrift store I've ever been to in the US! Everything was impeccably organized and there were tons of great items to find. Also, it's so cool that they have a wide range of goods beyond clothes, including all kinds of housewares, whole sections for holiday decor, and crafting supplies. I was able to grab a like-new wool Talbots coat and a merino wool scarf for just $18. I wish I lived closer -- I would buy everything I need from here if I could!

Fantastic store!!! Fabulous selection. Well organized. They occupy 2 buildings total: Ladders Thrift and Step Ladders. Step Ladders is across the street in the old Napa Auto Parts store at 17 Main St Plymouth, NH.

As of writing this in Sept 2022, Google still has the old Napa store as the picture of the building at 17 Main St.

Great cause and service. Great place to go look around in. Never know what you will find. Unbeatable pricing. Something for the whole family

They have 2 buildings, one across The street from the other, they have lots of great stuff and for great prices to. I would recommend for anyone looking for that something different.

I love this place! Pet friendly, meaning I can bring my dog right in and she can hang out with me while I shop- AND the staff loves saying hi! The owner has parakeets and a tiny indoor pond that are just outright fun to be around. 90% of the items priced are completely reasonable if not a steal. The other 10% of items, well, if I ever picked any up and made it to the counter with them the owner would usually knock off a couple dollars anyway. They're very sweet, and the entire community contributes. Profits go to families in need once staff is paid. What more could you ask for from a thrift store?

This is one of the best "little thrift stores" I've ever been in. The entire place is so put together and well designed. They have turned every inch of their building into space for their gently used clothing and goods: even enough space to put out off-season clothes. If you love small local thrift stores, that personal feel and sense of meaningful value to to the community, but like the selection in thrift superstores, then let me tell you-- this is the best of both worlds.

Hands down the best thrift store I’ve ever been to. Between the two locations you’ll find literally whatever you need. I never go shopping new without looking here first. Only downside is I wish they were open longer, hard to stop by during the week if you work a 9-5.

Ladders is so well organized, and tastefully arranged! The staff is so very pleasant, and helpful! I can never go in there without spending an hour! Gotta love Ladders! Plymouth's best kept secret! So many treasures!

Awesome store with great prices, quality items, and warm atmosphere

Very nice ladies and gentleman that work there and everyrhing is priced well . Meaning very cheap .. and if there is no price just ask and you will be surprised how gwnerous they are . I love this place and they have another across the street .

This is one unique little thrift shop and they help other places out. Shop there when I go down.. go shop there u will find some good dam deals

This store is so beautiful went here 2/23/19 the nature feel aesthetics alone are worth the visit and the prices are really cheap they had so much variety and so much classic nostalgic items here would highly recommend visiting and not only that the girl at the cashier was very sweet
