Great waterfall with an easy 1/2 mile walk. Trail was very ice and spikes would have made a huge difference. Definitely doable with care with regular boots.

Very cute little trail with streams along the entire trail. The waterfall has a bench area to enjoy the ambiance. Very cute place. Lots of mud during the wet season.

One the most beautiful short hikes I have been on. Trail was clearly labeled, most bridges were in tact and the added benches in beautiful spots was really great.

Walked this path in the fall past the waterfall, and it was great to return in the winter. With a new pair of hiking boots, it was fairly easy to make my way through 8 inches of snow, following the tracks of others along the yellow-marked trail. Just be careful on the foot bridges over the streams.

Incredible quick get away. Easy parking and quick hike up to the falls. Definitely recommend if your looking to kill an hour or two and want to check out some awesome natural beauty.

Beautiful short walk to a hidden gem. We came on a slightly drizzly saturday afternoon and did not see another person from arriving until we left. The waterfall is a very peaceful place to sit and read or relax, the babbling brook on top of the splashing water sound is unmatched.

Beautiful falls in a fairly short hike round trip that follows creeks. One can easily add more distance with connecting trails.

The .6 mile hike to the falls is fairly level and not difficult. The falls are very pretty! However, we went in June... make sure you use BUG SPRAY!!! Mosquitoes are terrible!

Nice little semi remote trailhead with enough parking for about five cars. Fairly easy six-tenths of a mile hike to the Rainbow Falls. The Falls are nice. Definitely worth the hike. If you cross the bridge there is a nine tenths of a mile hike back to the parking spot.

Nice short hike with a beautiful waterfall at the end. After the waterfall we took a side trail up Texas hill for a nice bit of elevation gain. Turned out to be a sweet hike.

Worth the very short (maybe mile and a bit) stint through the woods, easy 'hiking'. Start at the corner parking area, wonder into the woods along one trail (I forgot the name sorry, I feel like it was a woman's name) then bare left. Easily sign posted and lots of places for tired legs to bench rest.

Lovely walk/hike. Remember your bug and tick spray and you will be fine.

What a lovely hike! It was perfect for my easily-tired friend and 12 year old son. Just the right amount of challenge, hills and signage with that bonus of a waterfall at the end..:-)

Rainbow falls is a nice scenic piece of nature that though has multiple locations which are similar to it this one has a history of its own and it's well worth a visit particularly on a nice day The area is very nice it's well maintained and when you do go there more than likely you'll also take the hike up to castle in the clouds which is beautiful and extremely picturesque

Beautiful hike. Unfortunately there is an ongoing drought so there wasn't much water flowing from the falls.

Great easy winter hike. Falls look very cool frozen. Trail is packed down snow. Spikes are helpful

Nice place for a hike but trail signs are confusing. Is it Rainbow Falls or Newton Falls?
