Cooper Grill Food Mart

I just got PCR Covid tested at the Cooper Grill Food Mart in Deptford. There was no waiting line, super easy to do. Make sure you bring your phone to scan the QR code that takes you to the website to register & get your confirmation code. Did the test in my car in the parking lot and returned it to the store in minutes. It's sent out to the lab and your results come in a couple days via email. I highly recommend using their service!!!

Went in for COVID test kits. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! There were plenty of test kits and info on how to use them. Definitely a "thumbs up"!

The owner is very polite. He has gone out of his way to order cases of my favorite glass bottle soda. Great place never had a problem. Family oriented business.

Great owner he cares about the people around he has free Covid tests for anyone. He is always polite and so is the other family who work there. Highly recommend

The man doing the Covid testing went above and beyond to explain things to us . Very helpful ! Also has great coffee and sandwiches . Would highly recommend this store .

Friendly people and good chicken.

Occasionally good service depending on who is attending the counter. We have had pleasant experiences with the gentleman that works there, but the woman is very rude. When we came in, she was on her phone. My mother-in-law was trying to ask for something specific behind the counter, which the lady at the counter didn't seem to understand. When we tried to help by pointing it out, she started pointing at us and telling us not to yell. Admittedly we were frustrated because she kept handing us the wrong items, but there was certainly no shouting involved. We left without any of the items we had planned on purchasing. As a manager in retail, I can say that I haven't experienced customer service this bad in a long time. And I would never allow something like that from any of my own employees. You can count on me never returning to this establishment.

Be careful. They sold me two drinks which were both expired since December 31st if 2018. It is now June 1st2019. When I took them back moments later, the guy couldn't have cared less, saying 'I will check them tomorrow.'

Place is not so clean. Unorganized. Products doesn't match up with prices (false advertisement) some products on shelf while expired and also tobacco is way over priced compared to other stores. Lastly poor customer service. Will not be visiting ever again.

Terrible place. The one guy who works here is totally sexist. There was a man infront of me who used a card. And as soon as I went to pay for my stuff he said no card. Terrible people and place

Don't go here for a PCR test. My husband went 2 weeks ago and never got a result.
