My 2 years at Fox Park were an overall great experience. The apartment was perfect for my budget and needs. The maintenance crew is very quick to respond to problems and issues. During the winter, all snow removal is done in a swift and methodical manner with plenty of communication on when it is happening. There were never any issues with the washers and dryers, which were very convenient. I would rent there again if I needed an apartment in Plymouth.

I lived here while I attended Plymouth State. I had a single apartment to myself and I couldn't have been happier! The landlord, the maintenance man, and everybody who works for Fox Park are incredibly friendly. I had a great experience. I rented an apartment during my junior year and the only reason I didn't stay there for my senior year was because I wanted to live with my friends. Maintenance work is very fast and they are great with communication regarding snow plowing and inspections. I would recommend these apartments to anybody interested!

Very thin floors. Maintenance is slow to fulfill. There is no office or manager. The grounds are beautifully landscaped though.

Most apartments are small and have suffered years of abuse at the hands of college students. Maintenance tries hard to keep up, but are overwhelmed by the sheer number of units they are expected to service. Last year a couple of PSU students started a fire that gutted an entire building. Several families were displaced for months on end because it wasn't deemed a priority to get it repaired. Over-priced for what you get. Frankly, not a great place to live.

Absolutely abysmal apartments. Overpriced for the size and quality. I've rented my apartment from here for 2 years. Over those 2 years they have consistently shut my water off all day 1-2 times a month for "repairs". Management is unresponsive and seems to care more about refurbishing apartments that no one lives in rather than provide service to those who are currently living there. If you live in the buildings farthest away from the office you need to walk a considerable distance to do your laundry and throw away trash, which is a pain when it is -10 outside and the street is covered in ice. Avoid Fox Park unless there are no other options available to you.

Mold city. Plenty of residents have complained and nothing is ever done. There is no insulation and doors and windows aren't sealed. So winter is horrible. Parking is horrible. Visitors aren't forced to use visitors lot and parking spots are always taken up year round by maintenance projects. So expect to never have a place to park even if you live here. They have banned smoking on your porch. Banned having items in the hallway, then proceed to leave stuff in the hallways themselves. One of the head maintenance guys is always drunk and useless by 4 PM. Removed trash bins outside of apartments because the maintenance stuff is to lazy to deal with them. But they won't hesitate to use their keys to enter you apartment whenever they feel the need. Waaaay overpriced. Rent just keeps increasing while things get worse and worse.

Edit: I see they claim there is a basketball court, it's just an old hoop in the visitors parking lot. And the free "fiber optic" internet is useless at times. Much better off just getting your own.
