Reviewing the experience about our home purchase with Jill at The Hamptons Real Estate is easy. The experience was amazing! Our situation was unique as I’m sure many are. Jill made things seamless. Jill kept on top of the whole process, from initial visit to offer to inspection through negotiation and purchase. They were very responsive and professional. Jill helped me every step of the way. I didn’t think I would be able to sell my house very fast or without paying a lot of money. However, Jill had a photographer within a couple days and my house was listed very shortly after. I got a great offer that I accepted within three days of it being listed. Very easy process compared to past experiences with other realtors. They are local and know the area and the market well. Very glad I listened to the reviews and hired them!

My husband and I recently just bought our first home through Jill at The Hamptons. Jill was such a pleasure to work with! Moving across the country from Texas to New Hampshire with a goal to be in a house by September with such limited time seemed difficult but Jill made it so easy for us. My husband and I had less than a week in August to meet with Jill and view some houses. In just two days Jill scheduled us to view 12 homes. After listening to our wants and needs, I believe Jill strategically placed the house we decided on closer to the end of our viewings. She knew this would be our house before we did. Once we saw the house we both knew right away this was the one for us. Jill gave the best insight and advice along the way. My husband and I both left the country once our offer was accepted and Jill was extremely easy to get in contact with, both through phone and email. Purchasing a home outside of the country or even state for that matter can be overwhelming but Jill made it happen. The process we went through with the sellers was complicated, but she did everything she could for us to make sure things were done right and on time. She also communicated often to make sure to answer any questions we had, and also just to update us through everything. At first, I went into shopping for homes wanting to be as independent about it as possible. I normally don't trust realtors because they're usually more interested in their paycheck instead of you. But, when working with Jill, I quickly changed my tune. It's hard to find someone who is genuinely friendly, helpful, punctual, thoughtful, and trustworthy, regardless of industry.
I ended up finding another home by a competing realty, but I did what I wasn't expecting to do, and kept Jill as my representative. It also helps that she knows other good dedicated workers to work with throughout the process too. Despite unforeseen difficulties, my home buying experience was smooth.

We had such a great experience working with Paul selling our house in MA and Jill buying our new home in NH. They were both responsive at all hours to answer questions and concerns. They are knowledgeable of the area and we were able to buy and sell within a very short time window. We would highly recommend using Hamptons Real Estate. We will certainly use them every time.

I cannot express my delight with Paul and Liz at The Hamptons enough!

I had started to talk with a different agency who had good reviews and recommendations. They came to see my home after a few days and then arranged for a stager to come look at it. After 3 weeks they came back with a report that suggested I sell all my furniture, rent staging furniture from them, change lighting fixtures, all while ignoring major things that needed to be done... and they wanted to list my house for $200K lower!

After my frustrations were mounting, I decided to call The Hamptons and what a difference! They were there the next day, and assessed everything that needed to be done on the spot. The following day (a Saturday) Paul brought in a couple of contractors to address some issues. I had already contacted another contractor, but Paul's team already finished the job by the time I even got a quote back from the other folks - and it was half the price!

A week later, we were on the market! We purchased another place in the meantime, and Paul even offered to finance us for the new purchase so we could go in with a cash offer! Who does that?

Three weeks later, we sold the house. Liz even came by on her day off to help load boxes and clean up before the closing. And we sold the place for $150K more than the other agent's high recommendation.

Paul and Liz know the market like nobody else! They list in Massachusetts as well in order to get more coverage. They have connections with great contractors, legal teams, inspectors, that all made everything go smoother. They are fast, efficient, friendly, attentive, and informed. I couldn't be more delighted with my experience with the team at The Hamptons!

Selling our family home from abroad was complicated, stressful and emotional but Jill expertly guided us through every twist and turn without missing a beat (and held our hands along the way). I found a property online and Jillian was associated with the listing, so I contacted her. We all know that these emails usually go into a black hole and no one actually responds, but in this case Jillian responded promptly... which sums up my experience with her as my realtor. Jillian maintained close contact with me during my search and always answered my questions quickly and thoroughly (by email and or text). If she didn’t know the answer right away, she’d acknowledge my questions and collect the information for me. In short, Jillian is attentive to detail, a good communicator, a professional in the real estate business, and overall a nice person.

She checked in often during the closing process to ensure we had everything lined up to avoid any potential delays and answered any questions we had along the way.
