Great experience today with a friendly and experienced staff. Store offers many NB products in a large choice (not only for running). I have been proposed to run outside before to decide for the best running shoes. And I am now an happy NB-runner!

The staff is very knowledgeable. They completely understand the customer’s requirements. They provided a good detailed description of types of shoe soles and how it can help the foot. Appreciate the knowledge and recommendations. I will surely come back and add more to my shoes collection.

I have bought shoes from this store three times in 2 years and every time, I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of their service. These people definitely know their shoes and for a runner it’s important to get quality running shoes. Not only do I get good shoes but the salespeople are friendly and knowledgeable.

Always go here before buying elsewhere in NB they have stocks of older styles and sizes other stores don’t. The people are great too

My family only wears New Balance shoes because they're made so well. This shoe store is amazing because you get that old fashion service!! The sales staff measures your feet, they take the shoes out of the box and put the shoes on your feet and tie the laces! The staff knows their products well and knows how to fit a customer. It's worth the trip to this shoe store!

Very good shoe store. Employees are very polite and help you get the right shoe for you. I personally have very wide feet and can never find a right shoe brand but newbalance has 3 different widths and the wide fits my foot. Would recommend

The store is very quiet and organized very nicely. I went with my mom who tends to be very cranky while shopping, but Trevor did a great job talking to her and helping her with her shoes. Thank you all so much! 🧡

No Pokestops, Gyms, Inns, Fortresses or Greenhouses, but you can find them all nearby, so definitely worth the trip.

New Balance is a great place to shop during the pandemic. We all need exercise, and the purchase process is speedy and efficient.

I love my new stability shoes. I have a difficult time finding a good fit, but New Balance never let's me down.

They didn't have the first shoe I chose in my size (it was so snug, I was sure it was cut two sizes smaller than labeled!), but the second shoe I tried on made my feet happy.

They have a good selection of the higher quality and wider width New Balance shoes that you don't find in shoe stores or department stores. Good personal attention to individual customer.

I just received an email from the New Balance store at Nassau Park just in time for Spring Got shoes and the insoles at great price with the usual great service. I recommend calling and get on the e mail list.
