Giana LaRussa, was very helpful with my bedroom. She was exceptionally good with coordinating every aspect of my empty bedroom that is no longer empty. From the curtain rod to the curtains, rug, bed, dressers, lamps, mattress, mirrors and bedding. Great job Giana!!! NO MORE AIR MATTRESS

Yin from Princeton Ethan Allen visited our home for a design consultation. We were interested in refreshing our living room . In a timely fashion, she designed a beautiful layout. We then visited the showroom where she presented different options and explained the synergy between the pieces she selected. Her vision and insights all came together in a perfect blend of color and style and comfort. We just love the end result, and we can’t wait to spend time in our new space. We are so happy we placed our trust in Yin’s talented hands. She is truly a pleasure to work with.

I can't say enough great things about working with Alka Penu and her design team at the Ethan Allen location in Princeton! She is extremely accommodating, responsive, thoughtful, and has a great eye for style & design! I currently live in Boston (where I don't have a car, so it's kind of a pain to get to the nearest EA store), but I grew up in the Princeton area. I first had the pleasure to work with Alka in 2021, when I came into the store while on a visit home to see sofas I had looked at online but wanted to see in person. That experience was so positive that I again reached out to Alka recently to purchase some dining room chairs to go with a table I had found second-hand.

Both times, even though we had to conduct business remotely, working with Alka was such a pleasure. I would text her photos of the rooms where the new pieces would go and she would send me back photos of potential materials and electronic renderings to give me a sense of how the final products would look. It didn't matter if it was later in the evening after 5pm -- she was always responsive via text, phone and email. She was also extremely mindful of my budget -- encouraging me to take advantage of sales and the Ethan Allen credit card which allows you to pay off items over 36 months.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experiences purchasing my first "real" pieces of furniture. For me, these were big purchases and so I really appreciated someone who took the time to walk through options and ideas, and was thoughtful of budget in addition to style. I will certainly come back again for any future furniture purchases!

TJ, our design consultant, was very kind, patient and savvy in her knowledge of the Ethan Allen furniture choices and fabrics. She helped my Mom and me select the right seating and fabric for my Mother’s home. When I used FaceTime to have my Mom join us in the selection process, TJ listened very attentively to my Mom’s ideas and color choices. TJ was patient and selected the right fabrics, seating and colors that my Mom wanted. The Ethan Allen delivery process was easy and safe with excellent “white glove” service in furniture placement and care/respect for my Mom’s home. This was a great experience. I am looking forward to working with TJ again soon.

Yin Rubin is amazing!! We recently moved to Princeton and were looking for a decorator to help make our new house a home. Not only does Yin have amazing taste and style, but also a keen eye for detail. At the beginning of the process, Yin listened to what we were looking for, and provided a full room concept for our living room with our needs in mind. She also suggested how to integrate some of our existing pieces we loved into the room. Importantly, Yin is very understanding and patient. She does not pressure to make a decision quickly or buy a piece. She is involved and accessible throughout, and even came over to show me how to arrange my new living room pillow correctly! We are so thrilled working with Yin and with how our living room turned out, we can't wait to do the rest of the house with her! Below pictures are from our living room.

Working with Alka Patel has been a delight! I love walking into my home now with the new furniture. The room is soothing, sophisticated and just beautiful. Alka understood what I wanted even when I couldn’t articulate it. Now we move on to the 2nd phase, lights and accessories!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Yin on our family room. She was extremely helpful, responsive and she absolutely nailed the look we were going for on the first round. So thrilled with our pieces and look forward to purchasing more for our home, and continuing to work with Yin!

When we decided it was time makeover our family room we were left with a lot of choices deciding where to purchase furniture and what to get. We decided to check out Ethan Allen based on quality and reputation. When we got to the store it didn’t take us long to decide on the style with the professional help from Krystal Hu who was really passionate, friendly and helpful giving advice taking as much time as needed to pick out fabric and color choices. She also helped us deciding on paint and carpet colors which can be a challenge but with her knowledge we were confident everything would work. Krystal kept us up to date on the build and anticipated deliver date which was as about eight weeks which we anticipated

Delivery day, you never know what to expect. One time we ordered a front door to the house and it took Lowes six times to deliver the correct one.

The truck arrived and the three delivery people were the best. They claimed we had the heaviest pieces on the truck, a couch, loveseat and chair. I think they were correct, it was a struggle getting the pieces in the house, we all had a good conversation but they were exhausted.

I build things so I appreciate quality and craftsmanship which this furniture is all about. The leather stitching is perfect, the pleats are perfectly folded on the arms and equally spaced on all three pieces, I’m amazed at the craftsmanship.

What first started out as an overwhelming process ended up not being that at all. We highly recommend Krystal and Ethan Allen for anything you might need.

I like to personally thank designer Alka Penu for creating a beautiful design for my family room area. The design process was simple and easy with Alka's guidance. I had an idea in mind for my family room built around a Chadwick sofa I saw on the store's website. I gave Alka my thoughts of the theme I was looking for the room, the number of seating options for the area, the color scheme for the room and she created an amazing, eye catching room design.
Her design made everything flow from the adjacent rooms of the first floor. The result was spectacular. I could not have asked for anything more. Alka did an Outstanding job. I came to Ethan Allen with a unique problem to solve (replace the back cushions from a discontinued couch) and am so thankful that I had Alka for my design consultant. Not having a good eye for design myself, I was beyond impressed at her ability to color- and texture- match so well, that it looks like the cushions always belonged to our couch.
