From sales, through installation, the entire process was absolutely amazing! Adam was patient in answering all my questions and the installation team was punctual and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up, took care of punch list post inspection, and even fixed a non-related broken drain pipe for me. Highly recommend!

Our A/C failed when we turned it on the first time during memorial day weekend. Air came out of the vent but it’s warm. Called Princeton Air Tuesday as soon as they opened and was able to schedule for next day checkup. That was great. Technician Brett came early at the appointment time and conducted very detailed examination. It was determined a bad fuse was the cause and he fixed it in no time. The A/C is back to working normally now. Brett’s courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly so we learned a lot about how A/C systems work. Overall, this is a wonderful experience working with Princeton Air. We will surely continue to trust their services in the future. Thanks Brett!

Sales rep arrived on time. Courteous and professional, he explained what would be done to replace our HVAC system and answered all my questions. He did all of this while two of our adult children came for a short visit and we experienced the 4.8 magnitude earthquake here in NJ. He also sent me the estimates for two different systems before ending his visit.

1/24/24 Humidifier was purchased in November 2021. Did not expect part to break in 2 years. Part was covered by warranty, but labor was not. Did not expect to pay $325.00 in labor charge for a 2 year old part with the service contract we have with Princeton Air. Technician was great, knowledgeable and courteous.

Mr. Gordon has done the maintenance of our furnace for the past three years. He is very professional, diligent, and patient. He takes time to check various things to make sure everything is working fine and the installation were done correctly. We are very happy.

Fast, efficient, professional. Lost heat sometime the previous evening. I woke up to a cold house. I called Princeton Air first thing in the morning and they said they would be there between 9:00 and 9:30. They called to confirm at 8:50am. They showed up on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. Princeton Air has some of the best technicians. We have always had great success with Carl Jackson, their plumber, who is professional, knowledgeable, and has an eye for money saving solutions.

I was very happy with this appointment. The technician was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. I chose Princeton Air to service my generator after getting a higher quote from a different company. I felt that I got great service at a competitive price.

The tech that came to my home was absolutely terrific he spent a great deal of time trying to both troubleshoot my furnace and getting it to work

I felt that he was really concerned and was very diligent trying to get it working

Unfortunately that was not the case and I scheduled an appointment with one off your sales representatives to discuss a replacement

Dan even though he is a Rangers Fan was very professional and pleasant. I got an estimate for 1 HVAC unit to be replaced but it was $20000. Who could afford these prices, inflation is making products unaffordable! I did not do the job because I am going to wait until my unit dies before I spend that money!

5. Took credit card payment. Within minutes I received an email receipt

Have used Princeton Air in our family for years with a service contract for a gas furnace. Now they service our heat pump. Always reliable and never felt they recommended work that was not needed.

What an amazing after-hours service call experience! Our recently installed AC system thermostat stopped working. I called Princeton Air and spoke with an after-hours service representative, who was exceptionally understanding and friendly. She took all of my information - and within ten minutes, a service technician, Sarab, called to ask about the situation and told me he would be to our house in 25 minutes. Sarab arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed and remedied the problem. He was extremely personable and professional, and took great care with everything he did. I can't say enough good things about the Princeton Air service we received, from start to finish, and all of the team members involved!

Excellent work from start to finish. Colin supervised the project and took care of each step of the process. The gas install was finished one full day ahead of schedule and the basement was cleaner when they finished the job then before they got there. The hole team at Princeton air worked well together.
