came inside with my mom earlier to get a specific rhino industrial label refill and couldn’t find it anywhere. target and home depot didn’t have it and we were in a time crunch so we shot in the dark and asked the cashier. he thought about it for a sec and gave us the exact location with great detail. exactly where he said it was. not gonna lie i was impressed. they didn’t have the right size though but next time i’m stopping here first.

My daughter needed to return,send back an item she had purchased online. When we arrived, return line was quite long, but moved very quickly, in and out in less than 10 minutes

I was annoyed at the fact that I was hung up on while waiting on the phone. The Staples Store is "Outstanding". Not sure why this happened. Perhaps they were quite busy. I I owe you guys apology. Keep up the excellent hard work Staples 👍

We had a mishap with our Christmas cards. The employee and manager were extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. So much so I had to write a review.

This staples has the best print service around. I have used them for both personal and business and was satisfied each time. If something wasn’t right, they would do it again until it was correct. The shop is also affordable! We saved A LOT of money on our wedding invites when compared to any wedding related website. I can assure you we will be back for the thank you cards!

I bought a laptop from Staples as a Christmas gift for my kid. It crushed during Windows updating two days after opening the box. I brought the laptop to Staples at Somerville Circle in Raritan although I bought it from different store. The manager, Joey Nardi, quickly went through the problem and decided to replace with a new one. Since there was no inventory for this store, he called a nearby store and explained the issue. But unfortunately, the model is not available at that store either. So Joey helped me order it online through all internal procedures.

Through the whole process, Joey shows a greatness of professionalism: patient, familiar with the procedures, efficient and most important: care for the customers. I really appreciate his service and help very much!

This location has great customer service and support. We've purchased everything from computers to household supplies from this location. All of the things that we need have been there and everyone has a smile on their face. No complaints about this at all and they treat us like We Are Family.

I use the copycenter multiple times a week. like most Staples, they are typically under staffed in this area. however, there are a handful of extremely awesome employees here that are very helpful and super friendly. there is 1 employee in the copycenter that is a little slow and can be a little annoying. but for the most part, it's smooth sailing.

However, some of the customers that come in are some of the worst human beings I have ever seen. I've seen people who don't know how lines work, yell at fax machines because they can't read the instructions printed clearly above the machine, and people who don't have a basic understanding of printing or how digital files work yell at employees for something they were clearly in the wrong about.

I've been doing business at the store since I moved to the area had the privilege of meeting Vamsi I was not going in for a couple of copies I was going in for a couple of pieces of equipment had great service was very impressed took care of my needs also met Daniel escorted me to my car with all my boxes and packages don't get that much anymore.

Christine in the copy center goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. She has exceeded my expectations on several occasions.

I used the Print and Copy center to have a large building plan scanned. The paper was old and yellowed and they made it look great!

I needed documents copied and faxed. Very convenient open at 7 am. Staff was nice and courteous
