I'd highly recommend this place. Joe was amazing from start to finish. My wife and I were very undecisive at first. Joe answered all our questions, gave us great advise, and was patient as we kept bringing home different samples to figure out what wood floors we wanted. As good as the experience with Joe was, the installation was even better. I can't say enough good things about his installer Ivair and his helper Fernando. Those guys were as good as you could hope for. They didn't cut a single corner and went above and beyond to make us happy. Their work was impeccable and they cleaned up after themselves. Their dedication to their craft is outstanding.

Joe at carpet heritage was amazing! We did hardwood downstairs and carpet upstairs. We were able to get expert service in all areas.

When looking for new carpeting I went on Google and found heritage carpet. When I went to the store, Joe was there to greet us and told us to look around and ask if we had any questions; he was not pushy or overbearing. It was a great experience and without a doubt we picked out our carpeting with his help. The installers, James and Pete were the best. They are hard workers and very congenial and a lot of experience. They cleaned up and vacuumed when they were finished... Totally impressed. They installed my living room, dining room, hallway, stairs and small upper landing all in one day. I cannot say enough about this company and the employees. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to install new carpeting.

After a 2yr nightmare with another flooring company, I read a great review about Carpet Heritage & decided to call them. Joe the owner is amazing. He truly understood what I went through with the previous company & assured me it would be a positive experience. He wasn't kidding. From picking out our new LVT floor to the installation. Joe was great. Allowing me to bring several samples home, even offered to pick the samples up if I couldn't return them. Once we finalized our selection, we had our new floor installed in approximately 5 weeks. The price was very good, the installers were great & very neat. There are not enough words to say how grateful I am that I found Carpet Heritage & Joe. I would absolutely recommend this business for all your carpet & flooring needs.

We started using Carpet Heritage over 25 years ago. We initially worked with Joey's dad and now for years with Joey. If you're not happy then Joey is not happy. It has been a professional pleasure to do business with Joe. Great advice and great craftsmanship. He has decorated our home several times over the years. I am very particular and he exceeds expectations.

For the past 12 years, Joe and his team have taken care of our carpet needs. We just had our Master bedroom carpet done but prior to carpet installation, he fixed a low spot in the floor and made it level and more solid. Perfect work, great carpet!. Once again, we are very happy!

Highly recommend Carpet Heritage. From Joe's assistance in the selection of our carpet to the expert installation by his people, it made getting new carpeting easy. His crew moved the furniture, removed the old wall-to-wall carpeting, took it away, cleaned up, and did an expert installation of the new carpeting, and put back all the furniture. True craftsmen. We are very happy with the new carpeting. Would definitely recommend.

I recently re-carpeted two rooms in my house. I decided to buy local and am so pleased that I did. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Joe was great to deal with. Joe J. and his team at Carpet Heritage are incredible! We just had our 1860 farmhouse pine floors sanded, stained and sealed in our kitchen, dining room, living room, library, half bathroom, pantry and a flight of 16 stairs! They look brand new! Carpet Heritage also configured and made a special matching ramp and entrance door lip for my husband's wheelchair. Joe helped us figure out all the logistics. Joe's team are experts - and not only was everything clean but back in its' spot upon our return. We couldn't be happier - the past 20+ years of life including 3 special dogs and their paws are now tucked away in our memories as we set out to make new floor history with a new puppy:). I"ll be heading back to Joe's shop to pick out a runner for our stairs and a rug for our living room. We chose Joe and his teams to replace all the carpeting on the first and second floors of our house. They also silenced our squeaky floors and installed new oak treads on our main staircase. They did a great job and I would recommend them to everyone.
