Villa Restaurant

It was our first visit for my mother and I tonight since we were in the middletown area and decided to stop here for dinner after we purchased a groupon. We wanted to try a new Italian restaurant that we haven’t been to yet. We were very pleasantly surprised with the friendly and kind staff along with the great food. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Danielle, our waitress was very sweet and attentive and really made our experience a great first one. We will definitely be returning again in the future. Thank you Villa Restaurant.

Great place. Good food and pizza. The service there is very good. They go out of their way to help you. I didn't want to have soup with my lunch so they offered me french fries instead.. that's great service in food retail area.

No frills place with great tasting pizza. They have all different types to choose from. Whenever we are in the area we try to stop in. They have a few tables outside if you don't want to eat inside but you still have to order inside.

The food at this restaurant is superb, especially the Brucshetta Gourmet Pizza! I never tasted a Bruchetta pizza so well made with fresh, delicious ingredients! The crusts on their pizzas are never burned, they take good detail preparing their food.

I LOVE Villa!!! Ever since my father sold his Pizzaria in 2011, I have been searching for good Pizza in the area. I FINALLY found not only great pizza, but a wonderful staff, a clean restaurant, & a huge menu full of delicious Italian food, that tastes just like home. The owner, Tony is one of the nicest men I've ever met, he truly cares about his customers, his employees, & most of all his work; & you know you will get quality every time when you're dealing with someone who truly, genuinely, cares about & loves his work. I love Villa Restaurant. I recommend it to all my friends & family, & if you're looking for good, quality pizza & Italian food in the Middletown area, look no further Villa Restaurant has got what you're looking for!!! I promise!!

Amazing food! Friendly people! Owned by a guy named Tony & his mom. It's also a byob. Get three stuffed shells. You won't be disappointed! Garlic knots on point!

If like great pizza go to Villa Restaurant. Some of my favorite pizzas are there white, baked ziti, buffalo chicken, bbq chicken, & cheese steak. They have very good hot subs also. Meatball parmigiana, Chicken parmigiana, grilled chicken, & cheese steak w/ peppers & onions to name a few. The people are very friendly & helpful. Worth a look you won't be disappointed.👍👍👍.

Long time friend of the family always superb delicious Italian food friendly people Louie & his mother Rosa!!! They were my customer bought bread from us Baldanza Bakery in Beachwood I was Manager of the Bakery for 15 years and now retired from the Bakery after working 45 years!!

Love the food. Love the family. Been going there for the last 25 years at least 1 to 2x's a week. Probably put one of their kids through college. They watched my children grow up.

First time ordering from here. Probably the fastest delivery I've ever gotten. The portions were huge and everything was delicious! Will be ordering again, for sure

Awesome. The best place for wings and pizza in Middletown. Faithful customer for 15 years. My kids grew up there and now when they come
home from college it is the first stop. The family that owns it is great!

Born in Brooklyn I feel I know good pizza and Tony's is great! The service is terrific as well. Highly recommend.

@AmandaWhite and for anyone else with the same experience. The owner passed away suddenly about 2 weeks ago. Villa is closed until further notice. So sad, we love Villa restaurant.

This is the best pizza place in town! So good! I love grandma pizza and mac and cheese pizza. If you like thin crust pizza, this is the place!
