Great staff in Marlboro office. Never had a problem scheduling sick or well visits. Always clean, friendly and prompt. Dr. DeNicola is very knowledgeable, kind and great with kids. The front desk is always very helpful and fast with school/athletic forms.

She is an amazing Dr. who takes time with each child & parent to ensure they feel comfortable & have all of their questions answered. She doesn't over or under prescribe meds. She won't prescribe meds if she doesn't seem them necessary but will not hesitate to prescribe them as needed. I always get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time & her office is immaculate. I've been coming here with my kids for 14 years now.

I recently switched to this practice as I was having my 2nd baby and wanted for re-evaluate our pediatrician’s office for both kids. I could not be happier having joined this practice. So far Ashley has been our go-to there and she could not be more welcoming, comforting and knowledgeable. She takes what she knows not only from her training but experience working in other previous medical jobs and most importantly what she knows first-hand from being a mom herself. I am grateful to have found this team and look forward to continuing care here with my kids as they grow.

We ve had an incredible experience dealing with this office! They were nice enough to accommodate our entire staff for COVID testing, on one days notice. Dr. DeNicola and the entire staff that we interacted with was absolutely amazing. Thank you! I highly would recommend this office!

We finally had our last straw when we went to the office twice in one week for a UTI that they swore was ‘viral infection’. I could go on but don’t go here if you can help it….

Dr. Denicola is very thorough and pleasant as well as Dr. Pascucci, however, their office and billing department has a lot to be desired. Came in for covid test for my daughter with no symptoms, needed to be cleared. First set up rapid test where it didn't say costs a hundred dollars (although Lisa will tell you that they are not a testing center). They then told us to come to the side door where we would get the test. They put us in a room where a nurse and doctor came in. Did not need or ask for this nor did they tell us they were going to do this. Continued to bill insurance for Office visit, supplies, carrying of supplies. All covid testing etc covered under insurance due to the pandemic, but they charge an office visit without telling me. I called the office to explain the situation, and they could care less. I then wrote a letter explaining deception and patient wasn't sick and didn't ask for doctor as well as past times billed vision screenings when I asked not to as we have separate insurance, but they did anyway. When you have no copay and deductibles, they should be forthcoming explaining what they are going to be doing and make sure their "customer" understands. No response from my letter from office or Doctor. Lisa said "nothing we can do," well BCBS said they could change how they billed it. Obviously really no care for the patients and families.

My son had an issue with insurance where he needed prior authorization for a medication that he absolutely needs. When contacting the office to get the authorization I was told by the office manager that they will not do it because it is "To time consuming." I would like to think that my child's or anyones child health would be 1st priority but unfortunately with this practice that doesn't seem to be the case because it would take up to much of there time (there words not mine). I would not recommend this practice to any parent that is worried about the health of there child.

This place used to be amazing. Unfortunately, they changed buildings and staff and it is terrible. Dr. D is still great, but there's now bulletproof glass hiding the front desk and the girls up there are terrible. I have had nothing but issues. Every time I need a referral or a piece of paper signed by a doctor, they seem to always "forget" all about it. They don't call anyone back and they don't inform the doctor when you need something. You have to call them back four or five times just to get an answer.

I wish to give a zero review worst practice and staff ,i recently switched my practitioner,first experience we waited in curbside as they forget to call us in ,the nurse called my child spoiled because she was scared of vaccine ,she was loud and mean

The most unprofessional and untrained staff I have ever come across! My child had an emergency while in the office and no one knew what to do!

Bill mill they can careless about your children.

I ask for the doctor to give me a call for my daughters lab work results, still waiting after 3 day for a phone call..
