Great company, phenomenal training. iPEC provided me with in depth knowledge and training to be a successful coach but beyond that, my training took me on a journey of self discovery. I signed up for iPEC’s Coach Training Program in mid-2019. At that time I felt stuck at work, and facing heavy pressure to deliver results at all costs. It was a cycle of cost-cutting, headcount reductions, and unrealistic financial expectations that caused by mental and physical health to decline, as well as my family relationships. I was looking for a change of work and life.

Being introverted by nature I wasn’t sure that coaching would be the right choice for me, but family and friends encouraged me to try. I remember being extremely nervous in Seattle for Mod 1 in Nov, 2019.

Looking back now I cannot imagine NOT taking the journey into coaching! It has quite honestly changed my life. I’ve repatriated now from overseas back to the U.S., resigned from corporate life, and started my own coaching and consulting business. I live a much more conscious life filled with a sense of purpose (helping other business leaders) that were both missing previously. My health is greatly improved and my relationships better than ever.

iPEC’s coaches (Daniel Macca, Josef Sagi, John Bond, Jennifer Romanowicz) were simply outstanding! It wasn’t an easy path for me, and I certainly needed to face some deep-seated fears to move forward, but the coaching and principles learned were top notch. I was in the middle of a career transition and quite unsure where to go next, when I found iPEC. The energy in the first few conversations really inspired and resonated with me at a very deep level, so it was very much an intuitive call to sign up for the Coach training program. Little did I know that it would absolutely change my life! It has been such a wonderful year of training. The trainers are incredibly professional, patient, encouraging and fun to work with. I completed energy leadership certification in January 2016. At the time I was already several years into my own introspective work with a focus on researching childhood trauma. In the past seven years I've published two books on the subject; Unpacking Emotional Baggagge and Consciousness is Under the Rubble. I've become a public speaker and am creating workshops centered on the impact emotional self-awareness has on the consciousness of the planet. iPEC was certainly a possitive part of personal journey.

iPEC is one of the best accredited coach training programs out there. I went through the program in 2010 and it has only gotten better. I've recommended the program to many people who also chose iPEC as their coach training program and had the some positive experiences I had.
