Una Pizza Napoletana

This was really great pizza. The dough was perfect. This place is such a great addition to our downtown.

Really great pizza - every component was delicious and the combinations worked together perfectly: had the special with smoked mozzarella and chile- just the dough was soft, flavorful with just the right amount of smoky char, the sauce was a thin layer with a slight sweetness, the mozzarella was smoky and pungent and in just the right amount, and the topping of chile and salt added a surprising finish to the doughiness of the crust. Superb! I’ve had pizza in Naples, and in comparison this was similar in the thinness of the center of the pie, and the restrained use of toppings. The difference, to me, was that the UPN dough was softer, but that’s not a negative, just different. Definitely the best pizza in NJ I’ve had to date. Must go back soon - tried to call ahead but phone was always busy, so we walked up and the wait was 40 minutes, but so worth it. Love this place!

Best pizza of my life. Not just your average corner pizza spot- so don’t expect to grab a slice. Artisan made, high quality ingredients made to be savored. Chewy, perfectly charred crust made traditional Napolitana style.

This is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Anthony’s combination of dough, sauce, and cheese is a true work of art. His dough is simply amazing. I wish he had a place in Bergen County.

I came here with very high expectations and it did not disappoint. It isn’t a true traditional Neapolitan pizza that adheres to the official standards but I have to say it’s better for it. Hands down the best Margherita pizza I’ve ever had.

Heard amazing things about Una and of course I remembered it from Billions. Finally drove up to try it and glad I did. By far the best pizza I have ever had. It's truly an experience.

Take out only right now, have to order as soon as they open. Went on a weekend ate on trunk of car. This pizza is legit and should be eaten hot!

Greatest pizza in the world bar none

I’ll drive 50 mins for this pie. I don’t care if it’s 25 degrees. In New Jersey the pie is life, and this is the best Neapolitan.

Since he first opened he’s never failed to impress. What he does is truly a work of art! Great guy also!
