Walmart Supercenter

This morning I entered the store and had to use the restroom where this gentleman was very kind and was doing an incredible job. Truly the unsung hero of Walmart in Norwich. This man deserves a raise!!!! Thank you Charles

Needed a quick electronics purchase. Found the item easily, someone was available to assist and check us out immediately. She also explained the extended warranty. Out in 10.

Very Nice Store! Nice & Clean! Friendly cashiers! Well stocked merchandise. Fairly easy to find a worker to help you find something or tell you what isle it should be in. Getting in & through the checkout is much easier at this store compared to the other walmarts!

I found the Real Cars 1 Piston Cup Racers. Although I got the Sputter Stop one when I was a kid especially the Gask-Its one. The Gask-Its one is Very Rare to find. And I couldn't find the Gask it guy at my home because I have now Idea where it went. so I like to say thank you for the 2 pack. 😀

Not too crowded today. Always find new and interesting things at every Walmart. Today's interesting things - Mrs Butterworth Fruity Pebbles Syrup and Little Debbie ice cream flavors.

I prefer the one in Norwich NY over the one in Oneonta NY cause the one in Norwich NY they don't follow you around like your up to no good and make shopping take longer only time the employees in Norwich NY have came up to me was when i couldn't find something and they showed me were it was making it so I got all I needed so I can get in and out fast to me that is phenomenal customer service unlike Oneonta NY were they follow you and make me feel bad and I'm stuck in the mall longer that is why I stopped going to the Walmart in Oneonta NY and only go to the one in Norwich NY just the good vibes and incredible employees in the Norwich NY Walmart

I was helped by Zach in refrigerator stocking. He was so polite and awesome with me and personally went back to get me Lactaid that wasn't on the shelf at the time. THANKS ZACH!! Please give Zach an air hug if you see him stocking!

I found items that are high quality for a low price. I asked where a certain item was, and an employee told me what isle and walked me right to it. I appreciated that. The store is large, and I appreciated the help.

As far as walmarts go, this was one of the best. Super clean and organized. The pen isle was not only clean, but intact. No stolen pen depravity. It was such a pleasant experience. I'm now driving longer just to go there. Great Job!!!

I'm a self check out person. Norwich store has full check out lanes with the conveyor belt. So much better than the small self check outs in most stores. Other stores should do this. They have the un-opened lanes.

I actually used their pick up service for the first time, and LOVED everything about it. I'm a single mom with a soon to be 4 and 2 year old, so our usual shopping trips take 3 extra hours and I think I scold my children more than I actually shop. I always dread going to Walmart, because I know the end result is just pure exhaustion; mentally, physically and...well financially too lol.

Walmart's pick up service has now saved my life and sanity, completely.

I will add, that after placing the order it does take a few hours (4-5ish hours) for the order, to be completed. However, we showed up about an hour earlier than when the app said to and we were able to get our order within 5 minutes. The customer service was great. The the whole system in general is awesome and simple to use!

I definitely recommend this option to anyone...those especially with kids, that always seem determined to leave the store with a toy. Money saver there.

Always a great experience...today Heather and Nate helped me..they were friendly very accommodating. Hope I get them again!

I had The Flash as a cashier today. Guy with red hair on register right now, he was wicked cool, very good at his job! I like it when people are actually friendly.
