Dr. Roschel Williams: My 1st experience with this facility was with one of their physicians Dr. Roschel Williams, on the 4th of this month.

I found her helpful & thorough. I like that she & her staff are on the ball. They pretty much do what's needed to assist the flow.

Dr. Williams listened patiently, asked questions, and gave her medical expertise. I think overall it was a good experience. There was a student there as well, as it's also a teaching organization. She was pleasant, friendly, and engaging.

My overall experience was a great one and I'm confident in the handling of my care with Dr. Williams. As I have a few medical necessities that I must deal with & resolve, I look forward to my relationship with Dr. Williams and The Institute For Family Health, going forward. I recently accompanied a family member to their primary doctor (Dr. Naomi B.) This woman had skills that were nothing short of amazing. She was so kind and showed genuine care and concern. My family member required things to be explained VERY clearly and Doctor Naomi did that. I usually do not enjoy going to doctor appointments (for myself kr others), but Dr. Naomi makes it more than bearable, she makes it plesant by being so Informative, gentle, and real. Thank you! I’ve seen Dr. Pinnamaneni for years and he’s been wonderful. He and his staff have great bedside manner and always take good care of me.

I am very pleased with my nurse practitioner Mrs.Naomi Beviano. She is a very thorough nurse all her referrals have been great 👍 Gr8 successful and she has a very pleasant calm Personna of herself; very Trustworthy.I ❤ her so... Ha what’s been keeping me healthy calm, of my overall Health...

Been using this facility for my primary care for several years (since I moved into the area).

My experience has always been accommodating and professional so far. Kudos to them.

Update: they switched my doctor after demanding to they do it so I could finally be seen after waiting almost 3 months. The doctor they put me with is absolutely amazing.

They cancel your appointment every single time you make it with some excuse why the doctors can’t see you then make you wait weeks and weeks for a rescheduled appointment just for them to cancel it again.
