JCPenney

The store is one of the few survivors of our local economy. They're hay day was in the 1980s for me personally but they still strive to sell good clothes in a safe and clean environment.

I was sad when they closed ours JCPenney's at home so I was happy to see never really paid attention to see that Zanesville has still has JCPenney enjoyed my little walkthrough couldn't find what I was looking for but I'll be back

I always love shopping at Penney's. I always try to go in when I have time to browse. And most likely I will buy something.

I love shopping here because they have lots of dresses and shoes to choose from.💞

Picked up the online order. The cashier was. Helping someone else when I walked in the door. I wasn't even very close to her that I was telling my kid that I was just going to ask where do I pick up an online order and she stopped her sentence and told her I can help you over here. She must have Mom ears. I told her that one of the items was a present for my kid and I wanted to make sure that they weren't going to bring it out unwrapped or visible rather. She said that she could find something to put over it to make sure that it was covered . That was very nice of her . Good experience and my first time picking up.

Quick and painless. I think that would be one of the best compliments a retail outlet could be given. Quick meaning there was no wait, and all questions were answered fast. Painless meaning that there was no pressure to buy anything, if there was a problem, it would have been handled nearly. Thank you ☺

Black Friday sale - everything was well organized and tidy, clearly labeled what was on sale. And the sales were really great! $100 coat for $13 after the sale + coupons. Definitely recommend.

It was a good 🛍 experience. There was great deals...got my 💇 from there and it looks awesome. The person who does my 💇 explained how i could play with for differnt styles. She is really good at doing her job.

Alex provide over the top customer service. In a quest to find the right belt, he ended up ordering it for me. Made sure it was just right

I love shopping JCPENNEY! Please don't leave us like Sears did.

I love the reward program and their clothes and kitchen products! They always have a nice selection of mens big and tall ! Always have cute kids clothes! I can always find something in here, the only problem I have is they dont have santa decorations they never have if I want to shop for santa I have to go somewhere else.

Lots of sales going on today. 40% off off on nearly half the store! They even have a mens and a women's clearance section!! Glad we stopped in today!

The gentleman that checked me out near the children's area was extremely helpful and very kind. The store was clean and we'll organized.

So sad seeing our JCPenney's going down hill within our mall. I sure miss the old fashioned customer service that JCPenney's used to offer. I must say I am not a fan of the self serve they have gone to and I feel it shows they aren't putting any effort servicing the customers any longer! Follow Sears was not a good choice!! Retail stores are going to become a dying thing very soon. In my opinion JCPenney's is in the dying realm of things already which is a darn shame because they used to be a wonderful family oriented store back in the early 70's.

Employees were very nice and helpful. Clothes were nice but of course many items were out of stock.

Shelby was our cashier and was awesome. My husband and I had fun talking and laughing with her as she rang us up.

Pretty large store with a large selection of products. There is also the hair saloon as part of the store.

Had lots of holiday sales on clothing, shoes, and cosmetics.

I was looking for mens Dockers & Arizona Jean Co Jean's. They had both in the right size. Salesperson was helpful but not pushy.

My wife was looking for a dress to go to a wedding and they had a gigantic selection.
