Ordered medical supplies through my insurance from Firelands DME. I was told that my order would arrive to my house in 7-10 business days. Going on 2 months and no products ever arrived to my residence. If I had a choice I would go elsewhere.

Edited: Situation was rectified.

Do not do business with these people. They said they had a hospital bed for my grandad but they were lying to take his payment information called me and said they no longer have any beds when they told me two days ago they had one and it would be delivered in two days

I have had nothing but trouble with this company. Anytime I try to call them to order medical supplies they never answer the phone. You can leave message after message and they never return your call. I suggest going elsewhere.

My first visit for picking up a prescription item the employee was not in any way knowledgeable for what I needed. Upon coming back a 2nd time after verifying with my doctor what I needed, several employees couldn’t be bothered to grab the item for me because the person who does it is gone. Now I’m stuck waiting because people are too busy chatting in a side office rather than actually working to help a waiting customer. Very disappointed, very poor customer service, would not recommend.

My wife’s health led us to Stein Pallative, where we were assured everything would be taken care of. Today at 5:30am the oxygen machine provided by Firelands DME quit working. I called Stein Pallative at 7:30am for help; no answer so I left a message; half an hour later my call was returned and I advised them of the oxygen machine, I was advised this will be taken care of. Four hours later and another phone call to Stein inquiring about my problem, once again I was advised they’ll take care of everything and call me right back. Now, we have approximately 30 minutes of oxygen left with no results. Next step is to call 911

All I can say is that this place is a complete joke I would not recommend this place to anyone they are rude and very inconsiderate
