Lakeside Landing

There's a nice hike through a tall grass/cotton tail area that borders Lake Erie. It's really peaceful because all you hear is the wind and the waves. Plan for a 45 minute loop which ends on a pier, which leads to the pier feeding the marina proper. Only downside is a lack of a bathroom.

Beautiful and peaceful place. Loved the nature preserve and boardwalk.

This area has been a huge part of my life! Fishing the central basin of Lake Erie is always a 5 star experience!

Perfect dog walking and conversation space

My dog and I took a short walk along the wetlands path. The lake looked green closeup.

We often go for a drive, get some local fast-food, & park by the beach area to watch the lake. They have an area U can walk Ur dog that has a few benchs & a dog go bag station. It's nice if U wanted to get out & enjoy the day for about an hour.

Love that this beach is all natural and differrent every day. Everthing likes to wash up here and so it's the perfect beach to treasure hunt. Always great drift wood for sure anytime you come!

Good place to stretch your legs

We went to the pier as part of a funeral service for a good friend. The area was nice and clean, the people were friendly and polite, and the pavilion was free and well taken care of.

Amazing and beautiful boardwalk. You can also find amazing driftwood and sea glass for crafting...I have notice great and amazing photo ops at sunset here.

A very scenic, quiet beach front area, that my family and I go to picnic, swim, explore and also we find the most beautiful and interesting looking rock's.

A little cold but its great outside. The lake is still comforting and looks great from my truck. Lol... Love this area though. Lorain

It's really a beautiful site. You can see boats coming in and out, at the same time that you can take pictures of the view.

When ever I get a chance I'll take my wife to get ice-cream cause the service is great, the people there are friendly and most of all the ice-cream is great too.

This place is so big and so well maintained. You wouldn't expect to see something so nice to launch a boat, canoe or a kayaks.

The scenery is amazing!!!😃 There is a beautiful boardwalk along the Jackalope Restaurant, and the marina where boats are coming and going!!!😉

Great, close views of the lake. Not crowded and well maintained.
