When trying to find car maintenance, I trust Jay! Going to a dealership not only costs more but they try to upsell everything and you end up leaving with more issues…not at Branham though! Jay has always been honest and extremely fair with pricing. He will tell you exactly what is wrong with the vehicle and I have never had any issues. I have referred multiple people there and they agree it’s the best service in Lorain County.

First, time here with my van. Long time to get my van looked at but it looks like it was well worth the wait. Time will tell. They also told me what else needed fixed. I knew something's were wrong. He was very polite and showed me the items that went wrong with the van. Very informative.

The mechanic is the best I've ever had. Sometimes I have gotten curb service.

My father has always said there are a few professions that you need to trust completely, your doctor & your mechanic! Justin has been my go to mechanic for 10 years now. I tell him what I am hearing or feeling and he is excellent in diagnosing exactly what the problem is. There have even been a couple times that he has called me back and told me that no repair was needed at this time. The man is beyond honest and works quickly. He runs a clean shop & can do everything in shop! Fast forward a couple years later and I still use this honest man as my mechanic. Still just as trustworthy, just a little harder to get on the schedule. Not terrible by no means, but others have noticed & now bring their work to this guy! I was in today and final bill was 1/3rd of the cost that a major tire company wanted for repairs!

They don't make em like this anymore. It's so hard to trust when it comes to repairs. Cars are like computers and when you have limited knowledge in tools, you just have to trust. So glad that I found this place. There's a reason why he has so many stars!! Justin got me in just in a time for a trip I'm taking to D.C. I had no idea how much of a death trap my car was becoming. He called me with a rundown of needed repairs in less than an hour. Brakes, rotors, tie rods, front wheel bearing, sway bar links , and an oil change. Folks, all of this was done the same day! The same day! Car feels like new and I have zero worries heading to my nephew's vacation. The shop is super clean and organized. Efficient doesn't begin to describe their work approach. Thanks Justin!! You'll be getting all of my business from here on out!

I have taken my car here twice now and each time Justin has been wonderful to work with.He's worked to fit me into his schedule and has been completely upfront and honest with what has needed repaired. I am so thankful to find an honest mechanic that does great work and is reasonably priced. I would recommend Branham Automotive to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.
