We were very impressed with this place! Dillon greeted us the moment we walked in and was very helpful in explaining my options when I needed to upgrade my phone but wasn’t sure what I wanted. In switching everything over, he was very professional and quick and answered any questions that we had. We loved how quickly everything was taken care of, I love my new phone and we will definitely come here again! A shout out to Dillon for a superb job!

I am not the type of person to rate stores. But this i couldn't ignore!! Logan& Ashley we're amazing they hooked me up with the phone with the absolute best camera!!!. (Like literally it doesn't even need to be filtered)...

London was super helpful and great to work with on my son’s new cell phone. He is knowledgeable, honest and a great asset to the store. Spent a couple of hours in the store yesterday, because I was switching from Sprint and also wanted a new phone (got the Galaxy S10e). It took so long just because Sprint was being a pain, and it also took a little bit to get the new phone set up and all that.

Ashlin was a HUGE help and was so delightful to work with. She answered all of my questions (which were many...) and did a perfect job getting me all set up with my new Verizon account and new phone. I left knowing exactly what my bills/plan would be, how to navigate the Verizon app, and how to use my new phone - thanks to Ashlin being the best, happiest, and most patient tour guide for me.

Highly recommended store (and employee!) for any and all of your Verizon needs, especially if you are looking to switch.

I was struggling with getting a new phone activated. I went in 15 minutes before closing. We live in Georgia and were in Ohio visiting, so a phone was very essential. She got the phone activated and suggested a glass protector since we probably could not get a cover. She was wonderful.

Ashlin Renner and Jessica Duncan helped us with a recent purchase of our Verizon home phone console. The customer service was excellent and they explained everything in easy to understand details. Great job ladies.

Went in to find details on a hotspot London was very helpful, he has great customer skills to, he also helped me and my husband pick out and set up new phones each, Very happy with the service we received, would definitely recommend shopping here if you are looking for a new phone.

Stopped in to ask about the new Samsung s10 and they not only were they very helpful, but they showed me how it could charge other devices, the new camera features (it will take pics for you), and the screen is amazing!

The in storw experience was excellent, no Hassel, any questions were answered swiftly by London. Professional courtesy gains top marks as well.
