Called in around 1 pm on a Saturday to see if they were accepting walk-ins, and they were able to set me an appointment for 1:30. My hair was beyond damaged, and needed to be cut and brought back to life and boy did Beth do her thing! After a haircut and a deep conditioning treatment and styling, not only did I leave feeling beautiful for the first time in a long time, I also left with so much knowledge on my hair type and how to maintain healthier hair! She recommended some amazing products to me that will help me continue to heal and revitalize my damaged hair! Thank you again to Beth and all the ladies today that made me feel so welcome!

I walked in with mint green hair and a week to get it brown for a new job, the owner and another worker got started and gave me a cut and worked on coloring my hair in between customers and I’m so thankful! My hair is an amazing color and feels super healthy and I’m so grateful for them for getting me right. Every one working that day was super kind and very friendly and I will definitely be going back for any thing hair related from now on.

I have been going there for many years. I moved to PA for 15 years . When we came back I never hesitated where I would be going to get my hair done. Maryann has done my hair forever she is very pleasant and very good. I was just there tonight got my haircut , colored and highlights put in and it looks great.

Hailey did an awesome job on my hair. I went from brunette, to blonde, to blue, and she spent 6 hours (out of my original 4 hour appointment time) making sure that my hair was going to turn out perfect. I haven't taken a good quality picture yet, so I will update the review once I have one! The other staff were inviting and friendly, stopping over to see the progress on my hair often. Overall I am very happy with my decision to choose Francesca's Unleashed for my new color!

Awesome salon. Local to the Elyria area for 30+ years. New management is dedicated to new ideas regarding hair styles, color and communication! The staff is often updating they're training for new styling and coloring techniques. Hours are accommodating. Appointments are appreciated but you may receive service as a walk in too. Prices are great and services are guaranteed. If you WERE to have an issue call up and the management will work to make you happy. The staff will make you feel at home. Very accommodating for elderly clients. A great place to check out and make your dream salon! Thank you for being my salon of choice!

Me and my co-worker always go to this hair salon to get our haircut every couple of months. Jess is our go-to hair stylist! We always like switching it up every now and then so it's nice to get her expertise with hair styles. Scheduling is easy and it's such a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend going here! They actually do a lot here such as hair cuts/styling, coloring, makeup, wedding parties etc! Give them a call today!

This was my first visit. I liked the pictures I saw. Everyone seemed to have been there a while. Good reviews. I went in for a quick consultation before I decided to take the plunge 😳.......AND This is the BEST my hair has looked in 15 years (and then only because I had NO gray 😉). I actually take time to do a little something with it now because I KNOW it will be WORTH IT!! My highlights are amazing. The gray covered beautifully and the cut was top notch. Seriously JESS

Omg amazing. First time here today with my teenage daughter. Beth cut my hair and she did such a careful and attention to detail job. My daughter had Mary Ann. She wanted a perm and they gave her a honest consultation and a great trim with layering to get her ready for the perm.Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Almost can’t wait to go back!!

Went in with a reference picture and ended up with a perfect result! (plus some minor adjusts that made it suit me better!)

Plus, the styling after the cut is really, really cute!!!! She asked how I liked to style my hair and then did that for me (curly/wavy as opposed to straight like the picture) and it's amazing!

I came into this salon with a terribly botched cut and color from another unnamed salon. I had never been here before. Hailey completely fixed my hair! The color is BEAUTIFUL and it was significantly cheaper than the other salon too! I am extremely thrilled with the results and how she transformed my messed up hair. Will definitely be coming back as a regular In the future!
