Sept2022: 5⭐: I would recommend this pharmacy location and business. I helped my father get started way back when with this specific online pharmacy through Boston Medical Center. They consistently send medication in a timely fashion after being placed or when listed on the refill order. He has gotten phone calls confirming information that was listed on the prescription to verify information. We have not had any issues with this pharmacy for the personnel working for the pharmacy. The pharmacy and the personnel have been great in our opinion.

I have had nothing but exceptional service with cornerstone. I'm impressed that every staff member I've dealt with is so very pleasant because I've delt with nightmare pharmacys in the past. They stay on top of my specialty prescription and always let me know what's going on. I really appreciated them, we all know dealing with insurance and upset people can't be the easiest job but these guys stay pleasant and remain helpful. Thank you Cornerstone Staff!

This pharmacy is amazing! I’ve never had a problem getting my meds (usually within 24-48 hrs). Their pharmacist and techs always take the time to answer my questions and never act impatient with me. I highly recommend them!

The customer service and communication is great. I had difficulty receiving a specialty medication that resulted to not being properly stored due to the courier but the pharmacist was super helpful and had an alternative for future prescriptions. Issue was resolved. 👍

Completely incompetent. Do NOT ever get your meds refilled by them. They will lie and tell you everything is all set and then you never get your medications. I was guaranteed mine would be delivered on time, then they never came and I called and they weren't even mailed out. They claimed they didn't get a prescription for one of my medications even though the week prior I confirmed with someone that they had ALL prescriptions and everything was all set. They're closed on weekends so if you end up in a position like I was where my meds were never delivered and I ran out, you won't be able to speak to anyone or get your meds and then you're stuck without them when you've been taking them daily for years. I've never hated a company more than I do this mail order pharmacy. They are handling crucial treatments and doing so without a single regard for the patients and while lying through their teeth and not following through with their responsibilities. It's unconscionable that a PHARMACY would function like this. I will be filing multiple complaints with my insurance company, the state, and BBB.
