Hands down BEST Lowes we’ve ever been to! Super clean, well organized, and happy employees.

Mr Don walked right up and offered to help find an item. Located everything we needed for the job.

Cashier was super friendly and took extra time packing the drill bits so they wouldn’t pierce the bags.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. This manager needs a raise, these employees need recognition, and other Lowes could learn a thing or two from here!

I needed help finding two types of faucet and connectors. Rich, who was covering the plumbing department while the man was at lunch, did a great job and was friendly and patient. Thank you.

I had them install a storage shed and they did a wonderful job This thing is absolutely beautiful and I love it.

Mary in the window treatment department was very helpful. If you never put up pleated shades they can be difficult. It took us 8 hours to put up 8 shades.
Two people gave us advice.
Videos online did not help us.

Just had some paint made in the paint section of the store. Had a Million questions that Jon helped me with. So helpful wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Found everything we needed and some. Had a fun time checking out the appliances too. Definitley enjoyed talking to the gentleman in the power tool area. Very cool older gentleman who politely spoke to the kids about hosting around too much. Appreciate him for not being to lenient about them not paying proper attention to the area.

A young lady at customer service was EXTREMELY helpful to me. I did not have to needlesly walk all over the store to look for a specific item. She just looked it up on her handheld computer and told me exactly where i needed to go. I recently had knee replacement surgery, so walking is difficult for me and with her help. I didn't have to take any unnecessary steps.

Clyde in cabinets at the Sandusky store was fantastic in his communication and assistance helping us get a replacement cabinet door when we experienced a small kitchen fire. We have been shopping at this Lowe’s since it opened and will continue. Great customer service!

This is a great store with great products. I went to the garden center and was satisfied with my experience. It had a large variety of plants, which I liked. After I went to the garden center, I went inside the store and went to the light section of the store. It had a large variety of lights, which I liked. After looking through lights section, I looked at some dishwashers and electric stoves near by. They were really nice appliances, but I didn’t buy any because I didn’t need any new appliances. After looking at the appliances, I left the store and drove away, satisfied with my experience.

Your sales associate are wonderful Angela she is one of your new employees . I am here to tell lowes she is wonderful I have been in the store every day the last 2 weeks and she has been one of the kindness sale person have had the pleasure of having. Also Karen was wonderful to me to explained different things that i needed to know. I initially went to Home Depot looking for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend but decided to take a look at Lowe's and see what kinds of deals they have. Not knowing anything about tools, Mac asked if I needed help and helped me find the perfect set for the best value while also staying within my budget. Thanks for the help, Mac!

On 6/27/20 my sister in law went to find a refrigerator she could purchase within her budget she came back very upset and frustrated as shes been using a cooler for a while. So I called your store and talked to a representative for appliances who assured me the refrigerator she wanted was in stock, he would check and call me back. So I waited, it got dark, I figured he forgot me. Then I got a phone call it was him. He apologized apologized for the wait as he got slammed with customers and only had the opportunity after the store closed. He then confirmed the refrigerator was there and took the time to do a phone sale and mark the item for pickup before going home. My husband and I purchased it for my sister in law. I just want to tell you how wonderful he was to help someone even at the end of a long day and was so nice to work with.I didn't get his name ,but he is a keeper! I am very grateful for his time and effort to help in a tough situation! Thanks again! P.s. my sister in law was so happy!❤🤗🤗

Every Lowe's we have visited we happily find one major thing in common, consistency! All the employees, products, and services are wonderful at every Lowe's.

A much better experience at Sandusky Lowe's then Avon who refused to stand behind their warranty on Kobalt tools. Walked in the Sandusky store and took good care of me on the lifetime warranty tools. No questions asked. The way it should be. Still the best Lowe's

They were experiencing an overflow. But my buddy was in a mood. Trying to get things done. They are always helpful. Unfortunately we can't get to local lumber company. They got closed down. But good people here.

I had the best floor helper. Answered all my questions, looked things up for me. Great visit and I am buying the product he helped me with.

Steve in the electrical Dept is my go to guy. Knowlegable, courteous and just a great guy. Takes his time with you and very helpful. Has to be the best employee in the store. Doesn't feel like a big box stores when he helps you. I have an older home that I've completely redone, electrically rewired thanks to him.
