Fabulous pizza! Staff was friendly and efficient. Good selection and quality - only complaint is that some parts of the pop tower were not working.
Great for a simple meal on the go - eating a gigantic slice of pizza is a great way to refresh while traveling.

The pizza was pizza but what really stood out was Aiden was the tops In customer service, his friendly and cheerful demeanor and his very positive attitude really made my visit worthwhile. It's the people like Aiden that have endeared Ohio to me.

Fantastic service, kind workers, delicious pizza. 14 minutes on a fresh baked 18 inch pizza with my choice of toppings served and with a smile for less then $20 bucks!

The best part, I was treated well by a hard working young lady and that made my time here worth my while...

After the plaza was bought out, place completely changed around.. Delicious hot food, amazing customer service.. Definitely a good stop.

They always run out of pizza during the holiday seasons ( especially during Christmas holiday). The pizza is good,but the service has a long way to go before the wind is at their backs...( Ohio turn pike)..the kids who work behind the counters always seem to be "shell shocked"....
( the tip jar was full) the owner needs to show up during these " peak times" and show the kids how it's done !!!! Happy traveling....

The 2nd star was for the option alone. I’d rate the food appearance 1/2 a star. The pizza available looked like it had been sitting for several hours. Edges were beginning to curl up slightly. Cheese looked like it had cemented into place. Granted, yes, we got here at 1900 and food costs yadda-yadda - Probably should only sell by the slice if your business is that slow. We opted for Burger King. At least it’s fresh.

Severely understaffed, the pizza choices were limited and my pizza was burnt. I was there during dinner time, way more staff needed!!!!!

Well my experience was not good and whatever is trample 12:15 PM and I was going to have time to make them and therefore I couldn't get one and I ask of our questions and I just time not good business

And yes, I did say out loud she must be on her period because obviously she didn't care that we had to listen to her attitude. If you are having issues with your job, leave! Your co-worker doesn't need your attitude and was working herself anyway! Jesse was rude and we could hear her at the register. The poor girl who helped us and had to work with her I feel extremely bad for - what a horrible person Jesse is to have to work with her and her piss-poor attitude. To top it off, my stromboli was cool - that temp where it's not warm even.
Bread sticks were not warm either.
Jesse, please quit your job for your co-workers and customers sake. Your job skills, which include customer service, are horrible.
To the manager, maybe you better pay more attention to your employees!
