We broke down on the Ohio turnpike the evening after Thanksgiving and these guys were all super friendly and helpful. They came out, tried their best to get us started and then gave us a tow to a garage and a hotel when we needed it. More than anything, though, everyone we spoke to on the phone or in person was just kind and friendly - exactly what you need when you're dealing with an unexpected breakdown!

Got a flat tire on Christmas Eve with 5 hours left in my drive. They were able to tow me to the shop and get a replacement tire on. Excellent service that saved the day! 10/10 recommend

At nearly 1 am I found myself in a stressful situation with my car stranded on the side of the Ohio Turnpike. They turned this experience around for me. From the get-go, Kelly was outstanding, she’s an amazing dispatcher! She was extremely responsive and assured me that help would arrive in less than 45 minutes—and it did!

When JR arrived, he was nothing short of amazing. He jumped right into action, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth. He got me home and my car safely to the Kia dealership. Throughout the ordeal, both Kelly and JR made me feel comfortable and at ease, significantly lowering my anxiety. (I hate car issues 😅)

I had a broken fitting on my air dryer and was leaking air aggressively. My company sent out Loves first from Upper Sandusky, and the technician was not able to do anything with the leak to get me back on the road. He said the only thing that he could do is get it towed back to the loves so they could order the part and maybe get it fixed the next day. My company then had a tow truck from Madison motors come out and the technician who came out to assist named Gibby got right to work to figure out the best way to get me off the side of the road safely. After a short time of him working on it and trying a couple different options he was able to get a plug in the hole where the fitting had broken off of and got be back on the road safely so I could get somewhere safe to sleep for the night and be able to drive myself back to my company shop. The technical expertise and ability of Gibby was amazing. I would gladly recommend this company to any one who has the need.

Awesome/Hassle Free Towing!!

Had called AAA for a tow and I’m glad I received Madison Motors Service. My Truck was stranded for 18 hours after my driver break caliper came completely off on the turnpike. Although I was dealing with the stress of the situation and unfortunate circumstances, I left after my truck was towed to a shop 30 miles away with 100% less stress than I had. I appreciated the quick response to the tow and my thanks and gratitude definitely goes out to the driver “Will”! Great human! My customer experience with him was what makes a business NOT JUST ANY business. Quick, Smooth, and Considerate. I’d recommend their services any day. Thanks Everyone!

Thank you so much for relieving some of my stress during a very stressful situation. I called expecting a quick, gruff response and was helped and reassured in a professional manner. Cody showed up less than an hour after my call and after solving NUMEROUS issues that kept trying to stop him, he was able to get my car from the turnpike and home not only in one piece but quit a distance. He worked calmly and patiently the entire time. Thank you for such outstanding service!!

Talk about a blessing. When my car ran out of gas on the way to the station, Brad and the tow driver, Jen, saved my life. Jen passed me on the highway and looped back around to help is out. She came with gas and a heart of gold.When we asked Brad how much we owed, jJen and Brad refused payment. This act of kindness brought me to tears. Was making my usual trip to Fremont for work Saturday. My front passenger side tire blew out. Talked to Gibby aka Matt and after I sent a pic of tire size and all the specifics he came out within 25mins. I've had times where other places had you on the side of the road stranded for a hour or more. Gibby with the save. He had my work truck up on the jack, tire off and replaced with the new one within 10 mins. Great company. Awesome communication. Would def recommend if your stuck somewhere and need help

During a breakdown, Doug at Madison Motor Services was able to get us very competitive quotes for different towing options, and ultimately get us set up with a 300-mile tow on a flatbed truck within a few hours. The phone staff was friendly and communicated with us openly about timing and delays while we were waiting for a pickup from the local Tireman mechanic shop.
Our driver, Jason, was professional, respectful, responsive, and easy to work with. His friendly demeanor, skill, and confidence turned a stressful and expensive rescue into a relatively relaxing and pleasant experience.
Towing services are never cheap, but if you need help in their area, you should at least get a quote from Madison Motor Services to see if they are right for you. (They are also equipped for Semi truck rescues and towing, if that applies to you.)

Awesome owner!!! Our toterhome stopped running (electrical issues) near the Madison towing/truck repair shop off the turnpike.. thank goodness . My daughter and I we’re following my husband to Indiana to drop it off for hitch work. Her name is MADISON! He identified and fixed the electrical issue no charge in about 10 minutes , let us use their restroom, and gave my family 3 “Madison” team racing T-shirts!!!! Thank you!

What amazing company. I was driving from State College to Denver after visiting my parents when; I got on the Ohio Turn Pike my calbabore came out of my breaks locking my front tire…. I almost wrecked got it into the service center by grace of God. Panicked knowing no one in the area I called the only towing open Madison. Within 20 min they came. :) The driver diagnosed my car in min it was amazing. He then proceeded to call AAA for me call trying to find the part at least a hour. Could not find the bolt so he said nope I’ll find something at the shop. Towed my car to the shop and took a cumminings motor bolt exact fit fixed my car for me. I was like wow. What!!!!! Then I was trying to pay him he refused the money. Said just have a safe trip. I was blown away!!!! Still in tears!!! What should of been horrible experience 2 or 3 days waiting for the special bolt to come in. Hotels, missing work, was fixed in 1 hour. With no pay. Coolest people I ever met in my life hands down, I left in tears. I left praising God. What amazing people amazing shop. I can’t say thank you enough. The owner was one of the most compassionate coolest people I ever met he works in the shop, got his hands dirty for me without charging me. Thank you. Thank you from my wife my family and me!!!!!10 stars !!!

They towed my truck to their shop from I80 turnpike and then put it in the garage took care of the problem and I was on my way within an hour. Thanks for the fast work!!

Driver called me to ask my problem brought the proper tools tô cut the tire tread off my traler axle só we could get the spare tire back on the whole job took less then half hour thanks Junior for your help

This company is great. AAA really dropped the ball on us and we are considering getting rid of our membership. We were broken down on the Ohio turnpike and Madison came to the rescue. The drive was great and really nice to work with. They delivered my vehicle to the dealership, filled out the after hours form, and dropped off my keys. "That's customer service"

1) Don't let the Mullet & Pit Viper's fool you, always keep your fingers away from Joe Dirt's mouth.

2)The man with the rubber glove is surprisingly gentle.

3) If your repairs aren't finished in 10 minutes, just wait longer.

This company saved me and my wife’s life. We had a rental van that had broken down on the Ohio Turnpike while returning to Illinois. We sat broken down on the shoulder for an hour and a half calling local 24/7 tow companies, none of which answered. This company answered right away and understood the severity of the situation. Within 15 minutes a flatbed was dispatched and we were being picked up. The flatbed driver Dylan looked out for our safety the entire time helping us into the tow truck. He quickly hooked our vehicle and loaded it. We then embarked on our journey to Chicago Illinois. Dylan was super outgoing, friendly, and a positive person to be around in a time like this. He made our trip home very enjoying. Lastly, you would think this trip would cost and arm and a leg but this company was extremely fair. Me and my family are so grateful to have stumbled across this service, especially the service provider, Dylan. You guys were awesome!
