I love this store... The CVS app is a must... Coupons for free stuff every month and huge discounts on items and total purchases. The pharmacy is good too for your meds.

The pharmacist was able to assist me with forgotten medication, she was both professional and friendly. I had a great experience!

I only go here for the pharmacy. They're nice enough but the service is so slow.

Their prices are too high and not worth what you are buying.

Have frequent issue's with pharmacy way too often!!

Pharmacy is poorly-run operations-wise. "Returned my prescription to stock" not even 4 hours after I called to confirm they had it, could not communicate that. Pharmacy tech lacks basic communications skills and was rude. Failed to utilize discount coupon.

Gained second star because the pharmacist himself was very kind, understanding, and helpful. Techs desparately need customer service training.

The parking lot and the drive through window area is looking very ghetto with all trash laying around. The drive through window canopy pillars are in desperate need of paint. The leaves in the rear area are smashed into the pavement and piled three feet high along the fence. There's signage frames not being used laying around the store.
First impressions mean a lot, and if the property looks this bad on the outside I would hate to go inside. I'm sure you can do better. I'll change my review if I see improvements. 😐

I am not familiar with Sandusky Ohio and I am not familair with it's good or bad neighborhoods but after spending a great day of doing what tourist do in Sandusky, I stopped at this CVS. If you stop here have situational awarness. The two older ladies working the counter seemed nervous, scared, and extremely rude to me and my family. Also slim pickings on inventory.
