The ladies in the office are 1st rate; always a pleasure to talk to them.. I am a returning customer because of that. The prices are so high nation wide that it is an actual liability to the future of the nation; but the customer service, and professionalism of this place is very much exceptional.

Super friendly staff. We use this location for its RV dump site availability. Small fee, easy in/out.

We had such a great experience at this storage area. The people that work there are very helpful and the units and clean and well-kept. The truck usage with a unit rental saved us a lot of money and made the process so easy to have it right there on the property. Chris and the other staff members do a great job walking the place each day and I felt comfortable leaving our belongings there as we transitioned from house to house. The free vacuum usage was a bonus - especially after moving gardening supplies.:-) Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about My Storage! It is clean and neat. The wash bay and dump station was a great amenity plus vacuum. Duncan was outstanding. He went beyond his job description every time we were there. He welcomed us with a smile and was so kind to our boys. We spent a lot of time there sorting through our stuff. Duncan made sure our kids were well looked after. He bought hot cocoa for them, cookies, donuts, soda. They loved to just sit and chat with him. He is the best employee we had the good fortune to interact with. He made sure we had what we needed. When we finally left my youngest son said,"Duncan was my favorite guy at this storage unit!" Duncan made it a pleasure to come to My Storage, when we were in a very stressful chaotic time in our life. We would highly recommend this particular storage place Duncan is what makes it special.

Has a clean RV dump station for $10.50 to the public. It is a little difficult to use for larger rigs, and has a covered portion for use in bad weather.

GREAT customer service! Kiesha is awesome and really knows her stuff. The office is always very clean. The gate and cameras make me feel safe to come to the storage unit any time of day or night. I give this place 5 stars.

Over the past couple of years I've had to rent multiple storage spaces in both Colorado and Illinois. My Storage at Jackson Creek is head and shoulders above all the rest! The manager, Kiesha, provides the absolute best customer service... kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Kiesha! The facility is clean and secure. Looking for storage? I called several storage places in preparation for our move to the Springs. I am so happy I picked this one. Duncan is so kind and helpful, he really did go above and beyond the call of duty. Always friendly, awesome people. The fact that they have a truck handy when I need one is the main reason I'll keep my things stored here, but I've also never had any problems with all of the crazy weather we've had here with anything in my storage unit getting damaged. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I've been a customer for nearly 2 years now and it's been an exceptional experience to say the least. Initially there was some turnover and changes in management but they nailed it down. Chris (since been promoted to DM I believe) and Jason do an outstanding job acrossed the board, and Chris's replacement or successor rather, Duncan, has been nothing short of accommodating. If there's not a wait list, you'll need not inquire anywhere else if you begin your search at My Storage at Jackson Creek. Briefly, the new state of the art facility with matching security and additional amenities cannot go unmentioned.
An option to pay for use of the dumpster would be nice😏, whatever the form.

Clean, friendly and convenient! Kiesha (the manager) is very friendly and helpful. The office and grounds are clean and access with our RV is easy and convenient. Only RV dump station in the area!!

Fantastic storage facility with security required going in and out. Helpful facilities for off-season vehicle storage with a self service car wash, air for your tires. Safe, well lit. Great choice!

Christopher is wonderful, if 10 stars were possible he would have them. He made me feel like an old friend! I will definitely recommend this location to all of my friends and family!
