Goodwill Store & Donation Center

Unintended Donation. I unintentionally left my gym bag containing 2 Air Pods and didn’t realize it until the next morning. After giving it some thought I realized my mistake and gave Goodwill a call and the said they would be on the lookout for them but made no promises. Immediately went to the store to see them in person and give them my name and my number. After checking the track, my device app on my phone, we quickly realized both sets of AirPods were inside the building. The staff made an extra ordinary effort to locate them. Those sets of AirPods were found solely because of the efforts of the crew at the Jackson Creek Goodwill.

Very organized and clean, with lots of quality items. This is a really great Goodwill!

Donating can be difficult if it's not in brand new shape, but that keeps the quality control at a premium. Kudos to all that work there.

This is one of the best Goodwill around the Springs. It is small and doesn't have a lot but what it has is very nice. I always leave with great finds so much that now I always grab a cart on the way in! It's clean, organized and the employees are super friendly. Not saying that the other locations are not, but there is just something about this one. It's too bad that it's not closer to home. Definitely worth checking out!

Shelves are adequately stocked and pricing is fair.
The staff was friendly and helpful as well.
This store is a shining example of what other locations could be, and should aspire to.

This place is amazing. It has a beautiful layout. The employees keep I clean. The employees are really fun too. When I've been in, they will be organizing and if they see something you've got they like, they will talk to you about it or suggest other similar items. Out of Goodwill's I've been in throughout my whole life. This is the nicest by far. If you want a fun day out of consignment shopping. Go here!!

Staff is helpful and kind to seniors/me. Nice merchandise at reasonable prices for me as I am somewhat retired and still engaged and committed in Community Service to Our "First Nations Families year-round. Friendly staff and great finds. It's one of the better Goodwills and I frequently visit.

This is my favorite Goodwill. It is never too crowded and the items and clientele are more upscale compared to the Goodwills in the Springs. Goodwill prices seem to have increased (whether this is because of the spike in the local population or to prevent individuals from re-selling items online) but are generally still reasonable. Items in the boutique area are more marked up, although you can find designer items on the racks at better prices if you're willing to dig for them. It's a cute store and I try to visit at least every other weekend.

This is the best Goodwill in Colorado Springs! They have so many high-end items at amazing prices Approximately 80% off retail! And then on top of that everyday they have 30% off certain colors and 50% off certain color tags. The store is very clean the items they get in are extremely clean a lot of them have original tags. I can tell you I got a $300 Coach purse once with the Dillard's tag on it for $20.

Such a lovely store! The store is super clean, the items are all in excellent condition and freaking color coordinated even, and still reasonably priced. It's way out of the way for me but I think I'll make this store my store of choice for when I need to go shopping.

Haven't been thrift shopping as much lately... However, this is a great store. They have a huge inventory of affordable stuff. Donating is easy and fast. The employees are very friendly as well. Great place, would definitely recommend.

The best/nicest Goodwill in the greater Colorado Springs area! Great women's clothes selection with some nicer pieces/brands off in a separate area and for all sizes.
