Stockman Bar & Grill

It was a cold day. The fire in the fireplace was roaring and beautiful. The service was prompt. The beer good and the food was delicious. We enjoyed our lunch. Yum!

Super cozy vibes here!! We stopped here on our drive to Fort Collins and were impressed. They have a huge wood burning fire place that makes the bar smell so nice. It’s a standard dive bar but food is pretty high quality. My fried chicken wrap was delicious and the fries were crispy and seasoned. My friends enjoyed their quesadilla and Philly cheesesteak. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. It was a very pleasant experience :) btw they only take cash and Venmo!

Cozy hometown bar - exactly what we needed on our road trip. Ornate antique bar, fireplace, pool table & friendly locals. Great fries and classic burgers. Loved it!

Had the privilege of being able to play some music at this historic Colorado bar on the main drag in Walden. I was there with my wife and several other friends from Pennsylvania to experience the North Park's Never Summer Rodeo weekend. What an amazing experience. The Stockman's staff is beyond friendly and all the food I had was delicious, especially the chicken fried steak dinner. It was clear after being inside, that this building is not just a bar. It is home to some of Walden's heart and soul, a meeting point for many good friends and neighbors, and a definite staple to the towns cozy and hospitable feel. It is the perfect western country hometown bar. I applaud the owner Jenny Blevins and family for preserving this piece of Walden history.

A great place to come to. Just passing by grab a drink and talk to the people in there. They were so welcoming and open to talk too.

Nice little bar in the Town of Walden where the locals hang out. Great place after a day of fishing on the waters. It's cash only. There is a food truck in the back and a lot of outdoor seating.

Dec 15 2020 on a trip from MN. Stopped in for drink and to stretch the legs. The atmosphere with the fire place is great. The bartender was superb, very friendly, made us feel right at home. Service was fantastic. The carved bar is beautiful, the bartender told a wonderful story of how it was just one piece of 3. I could of stayed here all day. Love the place! Will stop by again when in the area for a cold one and friendly conversation!

33 years under th same ownership. Nice friendly ol fashion salon w/ modern comforts. Usually occupied by local genuine country people.

The best small-town bar in the Rockies! From the 1830 teak wood bar shipped from England, the unreal food truck always open when the bar is, to the REAL folks you meet there...ranchers, cowboys, fly fishing and hunting guides, local business folk, teachers/coaches, and some of the most salt-of-the-Earth people you'll meet, this is the quintessential small town watering hole. A true throwback to the good ol' days! Awesome patio outback, live music quite often too! Just a great place!

Super place to eat! The food was delicious, very nice server and a cute place. I'm so glad we tried it out when antlers was overflowing busy. Stockman will be our go to place from here on out when we are in walden

We stopped for lunch, and a beer on our way to Steamboat Springs. We were pleasantly surprised with their large dog-friendly outdoor patio. The food-truck style food was excellent! We will gladly return on future trips through town!

Great small town bar. Dive vibe with great food, and upsettingly kind clientele and staff. There is even a little patio outback with a few tables and group seating area.

Been traveling for work all night.everyrhing else was closed and Linda was great with us and made us dinner even if it was too late. She said "I don't care what time it is we'll feed you." Definitely coming back!

We stopped in Friday night to meet some friends an try out the food and drinks. The food was good, the beers were cold and that old time friendly bar atmosphere was great. Nonsmoking is a big plus.
