Is horrible. Nurses do not listen to Dr Hesseltine. They do what they want with your meds, like flush them after he tells you you can keep them. Then you have to wait days and days to get them to call in your perscription. Be sure to hide some meds in your home because they do not care about you at all. They also lower your does (call in) thinking you will not notice. You have to stay on top of them all the time. Don't be fooled into thinking you will ever get to see Dr Hesseltine after initial visit.
Front office help is very rude and the Dr doesnt seem to care either.

Wow! I have been with Dr. HESSELTINEs office for 5-6 years. So many reviews I have read here are so true, the negative ones, the lies from the PAs are never addressed. And Miranda is for sure a horrible PA, if you end up here, be very careful on the PA you chose and you still may get treated badly!! Eric lied to me bold face and after filing a formal complaint against him to Dr. HESSELTINE, it was never addressed. Just at some point, your no longer a patient! Your a insurance payment, a dollar sign. It wasn’t so bad when I first started there and they had really caring people like Ally and Briana but they are long gone and was replaced with PAs that really do not see you as a patient any longer. I totally understand the new laws but wow, they have really changed over the past year and I am Praying to find another pain management doctor to help me. I have had 4 back surgeries and all failed and to be told that you are getting weaned off your pain meds because you have a seizure disorder and must take certain meds. For this office I went off a certain medication, almost had a seizure, went from 6mg a day to 1mg and they still treated me so unprofessional and empathy no longer exists there and neither does compassion. And can you believe when I was explaining that I almost had a seizure, PA Jared was laughing at me? I am so broken-hearted over this once we’ll run organization. I recommend you try elsewhere before having to endure what I have. And I will recommend someone when I find them because he can’t be the only pain management Dr in So Cal. Good Luck!

Wow!! Great News! I have found a terrific Pain Management Doctor, Dr. Pang! He has an office in San Bernardino near Hospitality and another in upland. He is very caring and compassionate. He is fine if I wish to just see him and that’s exactly what I am doing. I should have found him a long time ago! “UNIVERSITY PAIN MANAGEMENT GROUP”. I hope this helps anyone in the position I was in 🤗.
