Had a little wait but pharmacist answered my questions and was polite.

Dreadful from the moment I walked in. Was concerned about my car in the parking lot. No security outside or inside. One cashier sitting, slouched on a chair playing on her phone. Went for fresh flowers and gifts. Asked where the flowers were and same cashier laughed and said: we only got those around Mother's day. So apparently I was 6 months late.

Anyways asked for a specific item behind the counter and didn't check what was put in my bag. When I got home I went for those two things in my bags and found she misunderstood me and sold me the wrong thing. Mind u...I like clear on the west side of town.

It happens I guess...but, yes! There's always room for improvement.

Did find some good gifts though and some surprise holiday candy that I've loved since I was a little kid.

Big points for that, Walgreens.

If I could give no stars, I would!!! I called 13 TIMES, talked to someone TWICE!!! And was hung up on every SINGLE TIME. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

It just bad . And disrespectful on the phone .. I kept calling and waiting and after they finally answer they told me( just give me a min )and they hang up the phone .. after that I called and called they avoided me and they answer every single call but mine , I tried calling from a different number and they picked up ,it is a shame for a pharmacist who knows that he prepare and give medication for people in need . I can't even imagine how walgreens hires a pharmacist or even receptionist what ever he was like him. BAD BAD.
