Beautiful sunsets, Along Rt. 66, redone motel rooms for monthly rent, $395- all utilities paid, $200-deposit, $20 (per) pet deposit. Nice owner.

Great residence and good people.No idea why people complain.

4 stars--- wrong address--- redwood lodge is next to the convention center, west side of town. motel type rooms for long term rent.

Don't move here!! Mice, leaks, outdated electrical, multiple housing code violations. The onsite manager is mean and acts bizarre at times. He is lazy and flaky about fixing things. The only good thing is several nice older people who reside here and deserve better.

Stay there about three months and the place is a dump. Bath sink was about to fall off, had to get key that worked for the door. There is a person who would steal mail. Laundry room dirty and trash. Person running the place very lazy. Owner did not care as long as he got his money. Most of the town didn't like the place. People living there could not be trusted.

They require a three page application. For a dump. Concrete floors, filthy bathrooms, 3-5 day waiting period, and $200.00 deposit. Michael is not friendly or professional. But don't worry ... Just east along hwy66, some nice rooms with carpet, TV. Fridge, microwave etc.. no deposit ... ~ same monthly rates.

Don't do it! The units are dirty, concrete floor with no floor covering, shared mailbox, deep potholes all over driveway, electrical is outdated, you can hear people talking bc walls aren't soundproof, sink in kitchen is small, sink in bathroom is rusted and original, no oven or stove, door doesn't seal, the wood outside on the eaves is dry rotted and coming apart, they don't trim the huge trees, and more. The worst part is the people! From crazy old ladies to a resident who steals mail...avoid this place! The manager is a really weird person and doesn't do much except make tons of noise in the workshop next to his own apartment. The only good points are the new microwave and air conditioning unit.
