My grandmother lives in Thatcher, ID. Not easy to get a same day delivery for ANYTHING to Thatcher, ID! But I called Soda Springs Floral 30 min before their closing time the day before Mother’s Day and they had a beautiful arrangement at my grandmother’s door within hours. Excellent service and beautiful delivery! 10/10 thrilled with everything.

I live out of state and my aunt recently passed so I wanted to send flowers to my cousins. I called Soda Springs Floral and spoke with Marie the owner. I explained what I wanted but was on a budget and she said she would create a beautiful bouquet at my price point and deliver it to Lava for me. She was so helpful!

They have been their for me since it was Lisa Crouses grandmother shop. I remember spending time there during school hours. Lisa's grandmother was so cool. I will give them my business until the day I die.

I called from out of state to send flowers to my grandma in soda springs. They quickly took down my info and created a beautiful Christmas themed flower arrangement with a nice Christmas card and delivered it to my grandmother within the hour.
I will defiantly use them again!

My parents live in Lava and I live hours away. I wanted to send some flowers to my mom to brighten her day after an injury. I tried calling a florist in Pocatello first and they said they don’t deliver to Lava and to try Soda. So I called Soda Springs Floral and they were so wonderful and so helpful! The floral arrangement they picked out was absolutely beautiful and perfect and the flowers arrived just hours after I placed the order. I am so thrilled and will definitely use them again!

Didn't actually go to the shop but had a very nice interaction in chat with one of the shop workers, letting me know what they did and din't have. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for but gave me suggestions as to where I could find it.

My husband surprised me by ordering 40 red roses for our anniversary. They were stunning, with lots of baby's breath and ferns. But, he had to pick them up on Friday (2 days before our anniversary), because they said they would be closed Saturday.
A week later, most of them were still lovely, but the flowers drooped because THEY HADN'T BOTHERED TO WIRE THEM. 🤯
40 roses is a HUGE order, and no one took the time to wire them? 5 stars for the arrangements, 1 for not bothering to wire them, and having to get them on Friday instead of Saturday. So, in the end they earned 3 stars.

Soda Springs Floral expects their customers to pay for their purchases, however, as a previous supplier of Soda Springs Floral, I've found that they don't do the same. After several attempts to get paid, I finally had to file a claim with the courts, and as of yet, I still haven't been paid. It's frustrating that they're so dishonest. There are other floral shops in Soda Springs that do a fantastic job, AND are honest in their dealings. I highly recommend supporting businesses that treat people the way they would like to be treated.
