Joe Camp was honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. I live in AZ and bought from Caribou because Joe was recommended to me. Having to travel was worth the honesty and the ability to trust the team at Caribou. I ordered a bronco through him and had a million questions along the way. He was always willing to answer any questions I had in the most timely manner. Jodi made the whole paper work process easy by working directly with my credit union so I was literally in and out to pick it up. I'm so thankful for such an amazing car buying experience. I had a new f750 that we bought on the east coast that lost a rear main seal near soda springs. My driver got it to caribou ford. They got the truck in right away. Parts had to be ordered. As soon as Parts arrived they got the truck in and repaired. They had my driver back on the road after a couple days. Great customer service! Thank you!

Not a selling point? Let me tell you I have a 2016 Focus that sprung an oil leak in the rocker arm cover........warranted, nodeductible.
Also my tie rod end is going bad.......warranted and currently in the process of approval!
We are retired on a fixed income.

I have had a lot of work on my older ford motor home, there staff is great to work with and took care of us.
The person who worked on it did a great job!
They always are there to answer any questions after you get it back, so even after the work is done they will be there to help you with a smile!
I will keep using them for both of my fords.
Trust is a big deal for me when it comes to my fords and I really trust there work and the staff! So give them a call and you will get great service and they are very fair with there prices for the work they do and most of all I will keep taking my motor home and truck to them!

Chad at John Adams has been absolutely fantastic. The whole crew has been fantastic. We are on our second car purchased from them. There was a small area of damage on one of the leather seats. Even though we live more than a hundred miles away, they sent a driver to pick up our car and take it in for repair. We took our previous car in for some warranty work. Since it would be a couple of hours in the shop, they had one of their drivers take us to a nearby restaurant and come and get us when the car was fixed. I don't think you can find service like this in the 21st century anymore. Thanks Chad, and thanks John Adams Ford.

It was a great experience to purchase a truck from here. I came from out of state and had called the day before. The salesman Chad was nice enough to text me a few pictures before we made the drive and they were nothing but friendly and upfront the whole time. The truck we bought was super clean mechanically and they provided us with the list of work done to it before listing for sale. The price was very fair for the local market and way better than the state we came from and the whole process was easy and not pushy at all. One of the best experiences buying a car I have ever had and I can’t recommend Chad enough to others.
