Purchased a 2009 Subaru Outback from 777 auto in the fall of 2023. Great condition and low mileage for a 2009. All around great experience. Easy to communicate with and open to negotiating price/ work to be done on the vehicle. Small down payment allowed me to hold the vehicle while making a final decision. If you are looking for low mileage used cars take a look at 777 Auto, they have some gems.

I’m glad I never read the reviews before going to 777 auto in person because if I had, I wouldn’t have gotten my beautiful 2013 Chevy Cruze with only 48k miles! Contrary to the other reviews, the customer service I experienced was excellent & Shane is great! I brought my boyfriend with me as he knows the ins & outs of mechanics and he found only 3 minor issues needing attention. They included a replacement valve cover gasket, a cosmetic black triangle piece (located between the drivers side window and hood) needed to be clipped back on, & the drivers side overhead mirror flap had a broken peg on one side. Shane had the issues fixed by the following day, which was a day earlier than my scheduled pick up & even replaced the serpentine belt although we had never discussed it! I told him to not worry about fixing the overhead driver’s mirror flap, as I had plans to replace it with a light up vanity light up mirror anyways. When buying USED cars, there’s going to be some dings, dents or minor repairs needed. Nothing is perfect especially on a used car lot! I never once felt like I was being pressured to buy or taken advantage of. Shane was polite, respectful, professional and attentive during all encounters including phone calls. If there are any issues to arise, I will come back & update.. fingers crossed! 🤞🏼

If you look for reasonable price it is place to buy car. BEFORE you come to those place do you home work and if you have some knowledge about cars you will find the cars price was right. The partners work's diligent hours to make people happys it is impossible..if you work with them nice i bet u that we will help you anything to sussed...

Excellent experience with 777! We have been in the market for a car for my son for a while and made several trips to 777 before we finally made a purchase. We appreciated their no-pressure sales approach during the car shopping process. Once we did decide on a vehicle the purchasing process went nice and smooth. Upon inspection, it was discovered that a couple of repairs needed to be made. That was unexpected, but the way Shane handled the situation surpassed my expectations. The repair work was done in less than 24 hours. In addition to what was needed for inspection, Shane went above and beyond to make an additional repair that was discovered when they were working on the vehicle. I would absolutely purchase from 777 again.

Shane thank you so much for being so patient and cool with my brother and i for holding a vehicle for that long as we resolved insurance pay out with the bank. It’s too bad it didn’t work out since we couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket for that rare gem on your lot! Even though it didn’t work out in the end, you were very understandable. My car was priced very fairly and the overall experience was a pleasure. My son has been looking for a used car everywhere since the end of October. He found a car at 777. We went to look at the car and he loved it. We took it for a ride and asked if we could take it to our mechanic the next day. We arrived the next day, took the car to our mechanic. He found minor issues. One was a wear and tear item. Didn't need to be address for 10,000/15,000 minimum. Returned to 777. All issues corrected. I wanted to get the item fixed before purchasing the car. My mechanic was booking 2-3 weeks out. 777 got a price for us which was the same as our mechanic. Our mechanic was very impressed. Their mechanic did the work. It was going to take an extra few days. I told them I would love to have the car ready for my son's birthday. They worked extremely hard to get it done. They did it!!! We picked up the car two days before his birthday. I would recommend this company to anyone. We were treated with the utmost respect. Thank you for your service!

Just bought a 2009 VW GTI from them. Very friendly sales staff. Didn't put any pressure on me to buy. Helped me with all the necessary paperwork to register the car. And the car passed inspection with no issue. Very happy with my car.

We shopped over 30 used car dealers looking for a car for our son. The used car market is a mess right now but 777 motors has a great selection of quality cars at excellent prices! Got my son a car there 3 years ago and it recently got totaled. We looked everywhere, but the terrible customer service and outrageous prices were no fun. Went back to 777, found a good car at a good price (05 VW Passat) and had nothing but a great experience, and we will definitely be back; we have 7 kids. ;-)

I purchased a2007 Cadillac STS4 with 83 thousand miles on it . I took it to my mechanicand he found a couple of struts were leaking and the breake lines were rusting . I contacted the dealer and the said they do not do service but they have a place they bring it . Well they went beyond service they also put new breaks they said was going to need to be done in a couple of months changed the oil . They couldn’t do more to make be a happy buyer.. I see a few upset coustumers that complaining they got rip off well I don’t know what they are talking about good people,easy to deal with and yes I would buy another car from them if I ever need one.

Extremely friendly they work with you even with a low expectation of gettin a loan they reached out and got me a loan and not as high of an intrest rate as i thought i was extremly pleased just got a 13 tahoe and its low miles and great ride this is the place to go dont waste time anywhere else i belive the guys name was sean and ge was great very straight forward and did good by me hughly recomend this dealership thanks to the guys here.

From the get go Chris and Shane were incredible. I had to keep canceling appointments dude to work and they were always very accommodating. The car being a performance vehicle needed to be inspected by my 3rd party mechanic and Chris had no problem driving the vehicle from Weymouth to Malden for the inspection. Chris took in my trade as well with no questions asked. After I purchased the vehicle one of the struts failed and Chris had the strut repaired and replaced within a day. I have to say these guys were always there when I needed them and this was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. I would highly recommend these guys. -Alex
