I highly recommend Washington Street Auto. I have come here for service on my car for years and have always trusted Eli's expertise and transparency. I was desperately looking for a car this past week and I looked place after place. I wish I went to Ziad and Eli sooner. I immediately had 2 solid options. They made the process so easy and endurable. I love my new Rav4. Eli made sure I was happy leaving the lot!

Recently purchased my SUV from Z and Eli- they were great! From the moment we walked in to dealing with my very picky husband, they were super helpful, knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. I came to this dealership as kind of a last hope (for me). I was getting out of a lease and had little down and my credit was not as hot as it used to be...(but looking for a good car, great price of course). But not only did I get a solid car, I was met with amazingly friendly and cooperative service! That goes a long way. I've had my car about 8 months now (waited a bit to write a review lol) but am so happy and have recommended Washington St Auto to my friends.

First off, I normally couldn't be bothered to write a review. That said, the owner Eli and salesman Ziad provided amazing service. Absolutly no pressure and bent over backwards to get me the best possible financing. I already knew from past experience that their repair shop is top notch. Forty four years old and I've never had a car buying (or for that matter car repair service) experience even close to this good. Highly recommended.
