Wagon Wheel Lounge

The Wagon Wheel is, by far, the most fun bar in Lava Hot Springs since the Blue Moon fell down. Drinks are cheap, and the crowd is fun. The downside is they serve no food and have no table service for drinks. You must walk up to the bar to get table service. This bar also allows smoking inside, which sucks, as you walk out smelling like an ash tray.

We love it here. It's full of small-town charm and the food we've tried is delicious. I'm a wraps and salads girl, myself, so I love the turkey wrap (although I like to sub in chicken instead of turkey). My hubby loves the chicken fried steak. And of course the scones are devilishly yummy.

Great local bar. Lava is pretty dormant all winter but the spring and summer it comes alive!
Every time I've been there the WagOn Wheel Lounge isn't as crowded as the rest of the town. They also have an area outside to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather.

We always love eating at the Wagon Wheel Lounge when we visit Lava. Their scones and jams are especially delicious! So grateful they are dog friendly. My little pup loves sitting at our feet and crunching on cucumbers while we enjoy our meal. Thank you for being so great with our dogs!

After setting in the hot springs go and have a great time with the locals. Prices are great you leave with money still in your pocket!not like other places you leave feeling like you just got robbed ! Keep on keeping on. I'll be back again!

Family style restaurant. Amazing personable service. The staff is joyus and a delight to be around. Oh and the food is amazing. Huge portions and low prices.

Best breakfast in all of Lava! You can’t beat a good old fashion family diner… or their homemade scones! A must try if you’re visiting.

Solid food, had the jalapeno fried bacon burger. The deep fried bacon was a first for me and definitely made the burger. Our waitress was very friendly.

This is a bar, no food next door is the Chuckwagon restaurant. Food seen in pictures is from there. You can go next door, order and bring food in. They typically have music on the weekends. Smoking is allowed.

Listen, I’ve been coming here for 20 years now. I have so many memories, I just can’t remember them 😆 This place is an essential part of the community and atmosphere, no trip to Lava is complete without popping into “the Wheel” for a drink (or 12)… 😒

Marry Lou was amazing! Food was great, good people amazing atmosphere 10/10 would come again.

The bar tenders are friendly and the locals are too. We enjoy going when they have live music.

Loved it, the locals were great to talk to and the beer and other drinks were affordable.

Haven’t eaten here but we had a few drinks and enjoyed the live band. They played a song we requested and came and chatted with us after . We got 4 drink here for the same price as 2 drinks at blue moon. Pricing is better, drinks are better, bartenders are WAY better. They acknowledge you and take your drink orders like you’re a regular customer. Really enjoyed this place and will be back, thank you guys!

Great atmosphere, and super-friendly bartender. Drinks are cheap but well made. Locals there were awesome and made us feel at home. Great place to grab a beer and watch the game.

I stopped by for a quick drink, and Sandy was there. A total delight. Very friendly staff, extremely clean establishment. I cannot vouch for what it looks like at night, when it's probably busiest, but around noon it was a very nice atmosphere. Their well gin is great, and I had an unexpectedly delicious mimosa there too. And a cup of espresso just because. Their prices are very cheap compared to any other bar in Utah, at least - not to mention how generous they are in their alcoholic pouring when mixing drinks.
