Arizonian RV Resort

The Arizonian RV Resort is a great long or short term RV park (including park model homes) designed for a 55+ community. My folks live here during the winter and I love to visit as the Arizonian has activities all the time for guests and members. Everything from a pool/hot tub, laundry and gym to concerts, poker nights, gourd painting, crochet/knitting and quilting clubs. They also have an RC plane landing strip, an RC car track (and cool race events), a golf course, access to public lands for ATV/UTVing, an ATV/UTV wash and more. Pets are allowed in part of the park and rent is reasonable for a week/month/year.

The weather is great during the winter months (cant speak to summer). And there is plenty to do outside of the park that is within driving distance.

We loved this RV park! Everyone was so friendly. We only spent one night, but do hope to return again! Place was very clean and well maintained! Highly recommend!We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub! They had about 5 available sites, even though the website said otherwise. Call and be surprised by the excellent Good Sam rate!

This is where my second home is. Wonderful park with great facilities, warm and gracious staff. Easy access to AZ State Trust land for your Offroad vehicles. RC Airplane airport, RC racecar track, Desert Golf course, Billiards room, workout room, great pool and hot tub, shuffleboard, pickleball court, putting green - oh I can go on and on!!!

My band played Friday afternoon in the beautiful ballroom to a packed house. They were very gracious and kind. Cindy and Jerry, the entertainment directors were accommodating and genuinely nice folks. The whole band (The Sixties Guyz) are grateful for the experience. The whole park is in the middle of God's country, appropriately so. 🙏❤🤟

Absolutely love this RV park. It is a 55+ community. The sites are huge! Water pressure is awesome. Very friendly park. They have regularly planned activities on a weekly and monthly basis. The resort has FHU and 50amp power. There is an OK fitness center, but it's not used very much so the small size is fine. A large room with a kitchen that they use for concerts and other large venues. A smaller room that is used for puzzles, card games, and more. There is also the following amenities :
A gourd room
A sewing room
Atv/bike car wash
A RC car race track
An airstrip for RC planes
Shuffleboard
Pickleball courts
Putting green
Bocce ball
3 dog parks
1 pool
1 hot tub
This is a well kept, clean, quiet rv park. Definitely will be staying here again.

This was an amazing RV Resort. Sites are spacious, price is reasonable, activities were well planned. You can be as busy as you want. Activities of all kinds from pickle ball, cards, exercise classes, water aerobics, RC cars, Gourd class, sewing, needlework, Bible studies and church services on Sunday, pot lucks, trips out of the park, hiking, pool tournaments. Laundry facilities well maintained. Candy in the office was a pleasure to chat with and extremely helpful. Thanks Arizonian, we will be back.

During our visit here we were able to go swimming, hot tubbing and even enjoy church on Sunday morning at 9:00 AM. All of the fellow campers were very kind and always said hi when passing by. My grandparents are staying down here and they have only had good things to say about this 55+ RV park. I do wish the weather was a bit warmer during our stay but that would be my only request.
Also I really love how they have all of the different types of cactuses in front of the community center and that they are all labeled.

One of the nicest RV Resorts. Nice, friendly customer service. Mostly seasonal but they do save plenty of sites for short term or over nighters. 55 and older. $50 a night before GS discount. F/H Sites are large gravel pads w/concrete slab for tow (toad) & chairs, etc.
They have laundry. Mail, pickleball court, horseshoe pit, dumpsters rec hall and desert golf. Easy in and out.

The pool is warm and everything is clean. The neighbors are so friendly , we have made a lot of good friends here in a short time. They are always welcoming at the many different activities. Something here for everyone.

My parents winter at the Arizonan every year. We made the trip out from a cold Iowa to see them. Upon arrival we were greeted with open arms from everyone. Smiles and greetings always. This RV Park is located at the base of Superstition Mt. and like my parents there are a lot of 4x4 side by side machines to go sightseeing in the desert. We notice once the sun goes down all is quiet except the cries of the coyotes. They have a large community center which they hold many potlucks and activities. The showers were clean as well as the laundry room. Definitely a great place to stay awhile, we’ll return long after my parents!

My family provides rental soft water service to many of the residence in this development. The many residence seem very happy here. Our company is very happy with the staff here. They make our job easy. We appreciate your support Arizonian.

We visited snowbird friends who live at the Arizonian. It is very clean and attractive. There are sections that are dog friendly and desert trails for side by sides and atv's launch right from the park. A mix of Park Models and RV's.

Much time you have.
Everyone welcomes everyone in. Our first time there & it felt like we knew everyone already.
And the atv trail is right out the back gate.... Do not have to trailer first

I loved the place, so I bought a park model here.

We have been there for 3 years now and it is awesome for those who love desert and community activities. Something to do for everyone. It's right on the 60 Highway so it's a straight shot everywhere you want to travel

Wonderful staff. Lots of awesome people here. Very close to just ride to Queen Valley and many other trails.

Great place to stay, you can 4 wheel right out back fence. Lot of friendly people here

Was here for AZ Blankets 4 Kids quilting bee, hosted by the sewing group here. Clubhouse is very nice, beautiful large space with stage.

It was awesome all the trails up the mountains in the RZR was beautiful will definitely re visit there is so much to see and the hot tub and pool was great

It was great the office staff was so professional and helpful and the outside workers are right on fixing anything quickly. So it does not effect us residents.
