Had blood work done a week ago and still haven't heard from them. Close office a lot

If I could give less stars I would. Had a missed call from their office earlier so I assumed it was our test results that had came back. Called back and Karen answered. Basically chewed me up one way and down another for simply calling back. She said nobody called me. Every time I tried to ask a question she cut me off. Finally she huffed and hung up on me. Will NEVER be back and I honestly would go else where. She genuinely does not care about anyone that comes in that door. This is my second terrible experience and will be the last for sure. Sad when providers could care less about their patients.

Would not recommend this place. Would have saved a lot of money going elsewhere. Called about a surprise bill, was told to not call back and then was hung up on. Karen F, if I could give you less that one star I would.

They don’t know you have appointment and when you do and the person to check in was the last , when asked have they forgot you , the so called np Karen Foster rudely asked if I had a problem then slam the waiting room door, I will not be talked too or EVER be back , she was very unprofessional!!She doesn’t care about nobody but herself.
