If you can get from here don't bother with KFC ever again. The food is so much better, service is amazing, the staff are great. This chain deserves love

I’ve been plenty times. Food is good always busy which I don’t mind cuz the chicken is always hot and crispy!

THIS IS HANDS DOWN SOME OF THE BEST CHICKEN I HAVE TASTED. THE PLACE IS ALWAYS PACKED WHICH IS A GOOD SIGN. NICE FRIENDLY STAFF, ORDERS NEVER WRONG.

Pollo Campero is hands down the best Fried Chicken Chain. They have amazing chicken and great sides too!

The fried chicken was one of the best I've had, and the grilled chicken was amazing as well.

I got the 4 piece special with half fried half grilled chicken, fries and beans. I don't think there was a single thing I would complain about.

Super good food. Empanadas and chicken nuggets were so tasty, and I loved the salad. got it all delivered and even though it took longer than expected, the flavors were impeccable! I would definitely order from here again, what a treat it was.

My food was pretty good! I was walking by and saw the special for the camberitos which is like a 6 piece chicken tenders with your choice of sauce and side plus a roll. I was pleasantly surprised by the $6 special because even though the advertisement of the chicken looked tasty, one of the reviews said it was the worst item on the menu so I kind of didn’t have high expectations. But when my food arrived it was very well cooked and seasoned. I wish I knew how to post a picture on here to showcase the deliciousness. Highly recommend!

The cashier who took my order was pleasant and the lady who brought my order was also pleasant. My only suggestions would be to add butter to the rolls bc I believe they were warm but just no butter. They also have a semi sweet taste that I like. My other suggestion would be to not just clean off the tables but sweep the floor too after patrons leave but overall great experience. I’ll be back to try the other items on the menu 😃

I love this place. Their chicken is way better than KFC in my opinion. I really like the corn salad here, and an determined to learn how to make it at home. And even though there's a bit of a language barrier sometimes, they all do their best to help. If they can't understand, they all an English fluent manager. Everyone has always been very friendly. I'll be back.

Fried chicken was juicy on the inside & crispy on the outside-just the way I love it. Plantains & rice was delicious. I also love the soft dinner rolls. Delivery time was less than expected, which was awesome. I will definitely order from Pollo Campero again.

I was driving in the East Boston area and I was trying to find a restroom, when I got inside the Pollo Campero I was expecting a regular dirty place. Surprisingly everything was too perfect, I decided to use the restroom first ( very clean). Then I went to buy some chicken with sweet fried plantains and some mango juice, this is where I was shocked, it barely cost $8.56 (total). Now the best part is the food, long story short, I was very happy to eat it.

I travelled 2 almost 3 hours to eat here since there is no Pollo Campero where I currently live. My boyfriend and I love Pollo Campero in general and their food is delicious. Delicious chicken, customer service is great and everyone seems so welcoming and friendly.

Last time I ate here was when it first opened... just had it recently again, and it was just as delicious. The chicken was crispy, but juicy and very well seasoned. The sides aren't the best, but hey, it is a chicken place, and the chicken is delicious. Don't recommend it all so often, but it is a delicious treat.

Chicken is not my favorite meat, but Pollo Campero in East Boston has advanced it up the list. I was happy to see they had Cholula Hot Sauce right on the tables since I like my food on the spicy side. I devoured my 3-piece dinner with gusto. I thought the French fries had a unique flavor that I really enjoyed. And the women behind the counter were so friendly and helpful. I'll be back!
