I have v be even trying to get my son into the office since last Tuesday been turned away three times because they are full.
My son is hurting feet are swollen and over the counter stuff is not helping. I am frustrated with this office.

Would not recommend at all. I went here for the first time for a very comprehensive pre-employment work physical. At the same time I had a simple one-page physical form for recently joining cub scouts with my son. My prospective employees said it was no problem for them to complete that form (just a signature). It was extremely basic and no additional information. All it was was a signature confirming information they already obtained in the work physical. They refused to sign the form. Stated I would need to pay $70 for a visit check to get the signature. I get businesses are here to make money but just to take $70 from a family when you don’t need to shows they’re values and isn’t the type of business I want to visit.

Ever since they were bought by Centra Medical there billing has been a complete mess. I and my son had a simple flu shot last October and just yesterday I received another incorrect bill. The statement literally says "Therapy Seevices" and gives the provider as Settle, MD who we NEVER even saw that day. We walked in and told the clerk we wanted a flu shot. They took us both back at the same time into a small room where a lady gave us each one flu shot. At NO time did we see Dr Settle nor did we has "Therapy Services" with anyone. After getting out flu shots we left the office. Whoever is responsible for the continued WRONG billing of a simple flu shot should be fired. These incorrect bills are causing me undue stress all these months and there is NO excuse for it.

The billing is very inaccurate. My mother in law went there for thyroid med review only and was billed for wellness and end of life care that she did not get or authorize. they have third party billing that is totally inaccurate. We had to call medicare because we cannot get anyone to call us back. Medicare has recommended that we have them do an audit of her bill.

I went to primecare due to severe uritcaria (itching) from >200 chigger bites and knew that I needed prednisone. After waiting for 3 hours to see the NP, I told her what I needed several times but she prescribed something else (ivermectin or something like this). Turns out it was a topical insecticide that cost over $80! If you know anything about chiggers, you know that they feed then drop off within a day (before the itching gets really bad). I went to MedExpress and they prescribed the prednisone (less than $15) and I was feeling much better within 24 hours.
