Giovanni's Main Street Kitchen

We went for the Wood Fired Pizza on my Birthday and were not disappointed. .It was good....booths and tables inside a nicely restored downtown building. They also have an Outside area and a city park right next door.

Giovanni's Italian restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The food was simply outstanding - every dish burst with authentic Italian flavors and was prepared with great care. The service was impeccable, attentive but not overbearing. I highly recommend trying their signature pasta dishes and don't miss out on their delicious tiramisu for dessert! Giovanni's has definitely become our go-to spot for a fantastic Italian dining experience. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Absolutely delicious! Rich in flavor, great food portions, and affordable. We had the Grilled Chicken Parmigiana & Lasagna and it was delicious. The Baklava is also rich in flavor!

We really enjoyed their panini style sausage sub,tasty fries sprinkled with garlic, salt and parsley, refreshing Margherita pizza made with fresh mozzarella and amazing tiramisu. This is our new sit down Italian place now, can’t wait to try more! Delicious food, friendly staff, clean bathrooms.

Such a nice, quaint neighborhood restaurant. Lately they expanded the hours to Sunday lunch and the place is very popular during those hours. The service is super nice and friendly and on point. The salad and soup bar adds value to your meal. The pasta dishes taste fresh as well as the chicken and veggies. The sandwiches are very good too and the pizzas are delicious. We also enjoyed the espresso and the latte. The atmosphere is quite pretty too, with the wall decor and the Italian music. 🇮🇹

Super busy Saturday, and our server was still very sweet and as attentive as she could be. Chicken Napoli was super tasty, classic lasagna was great, and the salad bar was fresh and varied! Free bread was so good, and we ordered olive oil and spices. I'm not sure what more I was expecting with the olive oil and spices, but I wouldn't order it again. Though, she did bring fresh soft bread to dip in it, and that was appreciated. Great staff!

Place was packed for Valentine’s Day. Staff was amazing at taking care of everyone. Great food and prices. Would definitely go back when we are back this way.
Previous post with 1 star doesn’t make sense. Some people are never happy I guess.

Amazing place to eat, you will leave absolutely full as their plates are big and many of them come with Soup/salad to start.

Great new find for us in Wauchula! This Italian restaurant is so charming inside and out in their patio seating. Quite a few tables and all were full. Lots of take out traffic too! We ordered a couple sandwiches and they were fresh and tasty. One con, we were told 40 min wait- it was over an hour which wasn't so great. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and happy to have you there even for a pick up order. We will stop another time while in town and hope to sit outdoors. Great addition to the town.

Where do I even start! All of my friends and I are regular customers at Gio’s. We absolutely love the staff and have never had an unfriendly waiter or waitress. Not only do they have a wide variety of food to choose from but everything I have ordered has been delicious. I enjoy the atmosphere and cleanliness as well. 10/10!

I would give it 10 stars if possible. Stephanie our server was a delight. food was outstanding and the atmosphere in the courtyard dining was fantastic. Loved it. Highly recommend this restaurant.

**STOP!** If you are looking for the areas BEST 👌 homemade Italian food look NO FURTHER! SERIOUSLY.....I mean who makes homemade Italian salad dressing anymore??? Well, Giovanni's does! From the beautiful patio, the Italian ambiance inside, and the exquisite cuisine, Giovanni's experience is like a ride on a gondola in the middle of a small town! Try this local jem and you won't be disappointed! I rarely do a triple 5 star, but they earned every bit of it! We had the white chicken lasagna, the eggplant parmesan, and the ravioli with mushrooms sauce and they were all perfect and decadent! We even ordered a margarita pizza from their brick oven (seriously....they have a huge, real brick oven inside) pizzaria to go! Stop in, order and enjoy your food baby belly .... 'cause baby (muah *traditional Italian salute from the mouth) it is perfecto!

Such a beautiful gem that we found only 20 miles away 17 minutes Drive beautiful ambiance made us feel like we were back in New York brick oven pizza true brick walls food was delicious service was excellent dessert was a perfect ending to our meal which were also scrumptious😋 we're definitely coming back and try other things on the menu we had the bruschetta mozzarella sticks Margarita Pizza and pasta the Zuppa soup which is unlimited was so good we couldn't stop with just one bowl.

Here for our anniversary! This is a gem of a restaurant in the little town of Watchula. So pleasantly surprised. Hubby had veal parmigiana. Freshly made and delicious. I had chicken Marsala and it was perfect. The service was great and the atmosphere was beautiful. We ate outside. The prices are terrific too. Perfect for any occasion or just because!

We met a friend here for lunch. The Mushroom and Brie Soup was delicious. We can also recommend the pizza. We had the Margarita Pizza, the Oven Fired Plain Pizza and one with Artichokes and Anchovies. The Lasagna was wonderful with especially good sauce. We drank pitchers of Sangria that we really enjoyed. We all would recommend this restaurant.

We ordered lunch one busy Friday afternoon and everything came out amazing. The white chicken lasagna is the best thing on the menu. Highly recommend.

My husband and I went here for the first time since March. We were thrilled to see two dining areas plus the patio. I ordered the Chicken Bryan which was amazing. My husband ordered the Chicken Napoli which he loved. Of course I had to get the tiramasu which is so delicious. We'll definitely be coming back here.

This place was packed on a Saturday during lunchtime. I can see why they are popular. The spinach calzone was great! The people are nice and the atmosphere was chill. They are a bit slow when busy though.

Everything our party ordered -- from the appetizers to the entrees -- was delicious. The dishes were amazing! Fantastic friendly management & staff. What a delightful atmosphere, right in the heart of historic Wauchula! A must-stop, if you're in Wauchula.

Tried for the first time and it was delicious. Staff is very friendly and the manager, Jessica, is a doll, very personable. The mozzarella sticks are amazing. Highly recommend. Will definitely go back.
