The chips seem like they are homemade and the salsa seems fresh. Everything has a home made taste to it. Try the lime agua fresca... soo good. Course everything omg just go! So delissshhhh!

All I can say is get the GORDITAS! Thinking about something else to eat? You could and it will probably be good but yum yum yum! The GORDITAS are amazing!!!! Would only recommend 2!!!!! So filling and I can eat a lot! Did I mention they're super reasonably priced?! Can't wait until next time I'm in wauchula. Oh yeah.... GORDITAS!!!!

This place is a little gem. I ordered the corn tortilla tacos, two regular beef and one steak. Delicious! Everything is authentic and fresh, from the warm welcome to the salsa. My bf had the burrito and a carnitas taco...what can I say? I was eating from both of our plates and everything was so good. The prices were great and the service exceptional and quick! Highly recommend!

Great authentic Mexican food. We had fajitas. Beef was slightly overcooked but the chicken was good and the shrimp was awesome. All the veggies were fresh and crisp. We’re from out of town and would highly recommend to anyone passing through.
We’ve eaten at this restaurant and a Chinese restaurant in the same mall and both are outstanding.

This place has some of the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. I love the people who work here they are so accommodating and strive to please the customers. Very delicious and clean along with quick service.

Very good, tasty and priced well. Free refills on perfect Aguas frescas makes up for not having tea. The 1 and 2 dollar Tacos are spot on. I also had carnitas dinner and it was nice. The place fits the budget and location. The staff was very nice. They are not high performance trained professionals but they are welcoming, caring and humble.

Fast service and excellent food. We had tamales, tacos and chips & salsa. The tamales were fantastic and the taco ingredients were fresh and delicious. The prices were also fantastic! We will definitely be back and Taco Express will become a regular stop when we are in the area!

Excellent food and dirt cheap. We had 2 steak tacos and 2 beef tacos for $5 on a Tues. $1 tacos on Tuesday. You will love it here! Really nice employees!

My sister is a vegetarian since having covid, and she's absolutely obsessed with their taco salad. Well, the vegetarian version. Lol. Staff very nice, and accommodating.

One of my favorites when I'm in Wauchula. Excellent, authentic tacos. Burritos are also very good. Free chips and salsa, with thick cut delicious chips. Prices are great too!
