The service department here is very thorough in making sure that your vehicle is up to par. While they do give you recommendations on what they think your vehicle needs based on mileage or where in tear, they do not push just to make a sale. It is very reassuring And a breath of fresh air. They are still so professional and honest they seem to actually care about their customers and not just how much money they can bring in to the dealership I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends or family heck even enemies as their service is phenomenal

Jason Hayes the manager is very considerate and willing to work with the customer in honesty and polite manner. The sales lady named Michelle will cheerfully assist you and is known to come in on her day off to accommodate the customer.

Was visiting from out of town and had an engine light and our air suspension light come on. Dealership was able to get me into service the next day before we departed. Ford picked up my vehicle and dropped it back off. It was also freshly washed. They were timely and communicated promptly when work was complete, as well as the status of each area. Having my vehicle retrieved and delivered was a huge help. I plan to utilize this option again.

Randy the Service Manager was great. I set up an appointment a few days before and showed up at the dealer a hour and half early. No issue, Randy and his team got to work repairing my 2016 Ram 3500. The repairs made and I was back on the road heading home by 5:30 PM 70 miles away.

Best experience ever buying a car! We saw a Dodge Charger with the color and options being built and shipped to Fremont Dodge. Called and put a deposit on the car. Hai kept us informed through the 6 weeks of waiting for it to be completed and shipped. When it arrived we filled out the financial information online. Arrived the next day from Denver to pick it up, it only took a little over an hour to fill out and sign the paperwork to be able to take it home.

All of my experiences with Fremont Motors have been great. Friendly staff, great service and a good atmosphere. They are accommodating when you need a ride back to work after dropping off your car for service and they also pick you up. If you decide to stay and wait, they have a great lounge area with coffee, tea and water as well as WiFi. I would buy my next car from them again.

Twice in the past month my tire pressure light has come on and I have ‘dropped in’ without an appointment for help. The two front desk gentlemen are so helpful and accommodating. Their service is very appreciated!

I purchased my Buick Enclave from Fremont Motors and a few days later, I had air pressure issues with my rear tires. Each time I took it in, they took time to ask me what was happening and they took the time to look over my tires very well and aired them back up. So I had to make a trip out of town after my third tire visit to Fremont Motors and so far all is ok with my tires; so hopefully all will be great with my tires now. Well the one tire is still an issue for me, and I never got the extra ignition key to my Buick Enclave. And just this evening it happened that my only key got locked inside of my Buick. I am just REALLY thankful that the tow truck driver didn't charge me to unlock my car so I could get my key and get home again.

I took my Buick Enclave to Fremont Motors for an oil change and tire rotation, and it took them an hour and 15 minutes to do it, but they did wash my car and cleaned it up very nicely!!! I appreciate their service!!! I do have the extra key to my Buick, I can't remember exactly when I got it, but I do have an extra key. So all is well, they did mention to me about a potential issue with my car. But everything went well with the oil change and tire rotation!!! Thanks everyone!!!!
