Corrected a couple of small problems immediately. I would have them do work for me again.

Called to ask for a bid on a bumper with winch and lights. The bid I received installed was $3800 and change. I asked for a 12k lb winch amber for lights and asked if switches to be installed in a certain spot. They told me yes to all the things I asked for.

Fast forward to me picking up the pickup after installation. I was told my total was $4600 and change and was told they told me the price without installation… I figured that was my own fault for not getting a print out of the estimate. I noticed the bumper hung over 1” on the passenger side and was flush on the drivers side. They also installed a 9500k lb winch instead of the 12k, I received clear lights instead of amber and none of the switches were where I asked them to be. I now hit my knee on them whenever I get in the truck.

I went to the shop multiple times asking about the winch and lights being wrong as well as the bumper allignment and lights not being what we had talked about. I got put off both times and was told I would get a call back. I have since stopped going in, I haven’t received a call from them trying to make any of it right.

Very frustrating when you pay this much money and they get this much wrong.
