Advanced Heating Inc

I've used Advanced Heating multiple times. They replaced parts for me and did general repairs. They always come as quickly as possible, even though I live 30 minutes out. I had a late night emergency and was able to call someone's cell and he walked me through how to fix it myself to keep my toddler warm for the night. They came out once and of course my heater wasn't acting up at that time, so they didn't charge me at all. Super helpful people!

Definitely the best. The first heavy snow of the year and our heater wouldn’t run and they were out and about in 4 ft of snow and had our heater running before we left for work!!

Loved the music festival they had this past weekend, good & friendly owners & guest. Fun time.

They answered the phone, arrived that afternoon. Gave us an estimate and did the work on time. They did a great job and highly recommend them

Was initially hard to get a time set for my work, but once scheduled the work was completed quickly and with great friendly service.

Charged from the time they left their place to the time they got done with our heater, so it was $88 for about 15 minutes of work, plus the cost for mileage, and the cost of parts. Mileage I understand, but labor should be started at the time of ACTUAL labor...He also left from my house to go fix another heater so would they get charged from the time he left my house, or from their place of business?

Called to have my air conditioner serviced last summer as it was freezing over. They did just the exact opposite. They cleaned the unit (Which didn't need to be done as I already did that) still froze over an hour after they left. Called to notify them again about it and they said they would be over the following day... and.... they never showed up. They sure wanted that $200.00 cleaning charge paid for though. Poor business ethics.

Needs to update hours. Sometimes they answer at 8. Other times it’s 9 am and they aren’t open yet
