I just arrived home with the tamales or pasteles they sell, I put sour cream, homemade sauce and queso fresco on top, OMG MAMMA MIA DELICIOUS! They cost $2.5 and with two I had my full dinner. Pupusas looks so good but no more space for them tonight so this will be my breakfast tomorrow papa. A hidden gem or treasure as the name states. The guy at the store is so nice and polite.

We bought rice and there were bugs on it. They should review their expired items more often since that was not the only time that I got bad food. It’s better to walk a couple of blocks to other stores in the area

My visit to the store market was marred by a series of unfortunate events. Upon arrival, both owners displayed an unwelcoming attitude, setting the tone for a less-than-pleasant experience. The service to the previous customer took an excessive amount of time, leaving me waiting for an unreasonably extended period.

When I finally approached one of the owners for assistance with sending a fax, the situation took a turn for the worse. Despite my efforts to clearly communicate my needs, the owner not only misunderstood but also became offended. The interaction escalated quickly, and I found myself subjected to disrespectful comments and ultimately asked to leave the store in front of other customers.

This incident not only highlighted a lack of professionalism but also left me deeply disappointed with the overall customer service. Such encounters are disheartening and detract from the reputation of the store market.
I DON’T SUGGEST DOING BUSINESSES IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Mi visita al mercado fue empañada por una serie de eventos desafortunados. Desde mi llegada, ambos dueños mostraron una actitud poco acogedora, marcando el tono para una experiencia menos que agradable. El servicio al cliente anterior tomó un tiempo excesivo, dejándome esperando por un período irrazonablemente prolongado.

Cuando finalmente me acerqué a uno de los dueños en busca de ayuda para enviar un fax, la situación empeoró. A pesar de mis esfuerzos por comunicar claramente mis necesidades, el dueño no solo malinterpretó, sino que también se sintió ofendido. La interacción escaló rápidamente, y me vi sujeto a comentarios irrespetuosos y, finalmente, me pidieron que abandonara la tienda frente a otros clientes.

Este incidente no solo resaltó la falta de profesionalismo, sino que también me dejó profundamente decepcionado con el servicio al cliente en general. Encuentros así son desalentadores y resaltan el valor a la reputación del mercado. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO!
